We had a wonderful experience at the property, especially enjoying morning coffee with an amazing view from the balcony. Location and balcony I would rate at 11/10 if it was possible. Air conditioning was not perfect, but enough even at 38°C outside. Its noisy outside, but so is the whole Marseille, we slept nicely anyway.
For those who have doubts: the host asked for a security deposit over a third party platform called Swickly. It looked pretty shady for me, but I bit the bullet anyway and everything worked out nicely.

Pague por entrar temprano y llamé para dejar maletas a las 11am solamente y me fue denegado. La limpieza el piso no fue trapiado solo barrido además solo 1 cuarto con aire
