La localisation, permettant de ne pas avoir à utiliser la voiture. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement pour passer un week-end tranquille.
La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas pratique, car lourde et sans poignée intérieure et extérieure

L'appartement est très bien, l'hôte est joignable et très sympathique. Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Un peu petit mais pour 2 jours (2 adultes + 2 enfants) bien suffisant surtout quand on part à la journée.
Le quartier est glauque, la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est taguée comme tout d'ailleurs à Marseille. Par contre un point très important qui n'est pas signalé, il y a 4 étages à monter par un escalier en colimaçon car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il faudrait le préciser car nous avions une personne qui avait du mal à marcher donc très compliqué.

Appartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. You have to crawl into bed. There is no room around the bed,
