L emplacement était parfait pour nous , à 100 m du lycée Thiers où mon fils passait son concours. Tout peut se faire à pied. Station de métro à 600 m. Malgré le quartier bien animé , l appartement est bien insonorisé. Mais certains bruits de la ville se font ententre comme par exemple le camion poubelle ...
Manque quelques essentiels à votre arrivée comment quelques condiments, des torchons pour la vaiselle, sopalin. L appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement , peinture et changement des joints de la salle de bain.

Appartement très spacieux, propre, très bien situé !
Les chambres sont côté rue donc la nuit un peu bruyant quand on a le sommeil léger, mais notre séjour était sur un week-end donc c’est normal.

Logement près d'une boulangerie et d'un café
Nous avons du relaver la vaisselle et il n'y avait pas de torchon. Il n'y avait pas vraiment de volet pour les chambres.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux
Le menage est très léger, pas de plafonnier dans une chambre, pas de double rideau donc lumières toute la nuit. Beaucoup se bruit dans la rue et on entend beaucoup les voisins marcher (talons).
