Super location, but call them before!

The owner wasn’t so clear about the directions to go to the property. We didn’t know it was in the city center and to get in you have to call them and wait till they open the bar.

Di sicuro non la cordialità

Di sicuro l’accoglienza. Non posso valutare la struttura e i servizi offerti. Stanza prenotata a settembre per il weekend dell’8 dicembre. Si sa, partire venerdi 5 dicembre, dopo lavoro significa passare parte della propria esistenza nel traffico. Dopo 6h di macchina, a ridosso della destinazione, io e la mia amica ci rendiamo conto di aver dimenticato l’orario del check-in, il quale terminava alle 19. Alle 19.30 chiamiamo l’oste, scusandoci e spiegando la situazione. La gentilissima signora, probabilmente proprietaria della struttura, ci fa presente di aver già lasciato l’edificio e non farà ritorno per permetterci di entrare in camera. Sconcertate, stanche, allucinate dalla signora gentilissima dall’altra parte della cornetta, spieghiamo che siamo due ragazze a 400km di distanza da casa e non ci è possibile tornare indietro. L’oste se ne frega, anzi, ci dice che avremmo sicuramente trovato altro (alle 19,30? Fiduciosa). Il delirio quando le chiedo almeno il rimborso, visto che non solo mi sta chiedendo di trovare un altro alloggio, ma non usufruirò nemmeno della stanza che ho pagato. Ed ecco che si palesa la famosa accoglienza alto atesina, e la maturità della signora, senza parlare dell’educazione, mi riattacca il telefono in faccia. Signora, probabilmente booking non mi garantirà il rimborso, nel caso spero che i miei 120 euro la facciano riflettere su come avrebbe potuto mettere a rischio due ragazze per la sua scarsa empatia e tolleranza. Ma come per i miei utenti, non mi aspetto una riflessione da parte sua. Tante care cose signora

Uns hat es in Lana sehr gut gefallen

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und liegt mitten im Zentrum von Lana, so dass wir keine weiten Wege hatten für die täglichen Besorgungen hatten.

Nie wieder!

Die Lage ist super

Das war die letzte Absteige seit Langem. Im Bett fehlte eine Latte, eine weitere war halb gebrochen. Umdrehen war nicht geräuschlos möglich, am Tisch war ein Bein abgebrochen, die Ausstattung von 1950-1980 und das Wasser in der Dusche war wechselseitig warm, kalt heiß aber mit einem solch schlechten Wasserdruck, dass man es suchen musste .. Unglaublich, ich dachte beim Eintreten, dass ich im falschen Film bin :( .... einmal reicht :( sicher nie wieder
