Splendid charming appartment with beautifull views

Lovely welcome from Marguerita. The appartment is fully equipped and is nicely laid out, with beautifull views over the valley.

Exceptional

-very comfortable equipped apartment, with cable tv, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc -great view on the valley and mountains from a spacy and sunny balcony -good parking, own private entrance -located in a more quiet part of Merano and still only 7 km from it -within walking distance from Marlinger Waalweg and hillside eating facilities -Super, impeccably clean -and last but not least very friendly, helpful, warm and respectful owner helping us to feel at home from the moment we arrived

-the address was not on our gps, it would have been helpful to get a description how to find it upfront, or have a road sign

I will stay there again and again, i will not go to any other place in the area.

best room i have ever been at. Margaret, the host, was out of the charts on hosting us, best experience ever. She even met us and guided us to the location also, picked us up at the bus stop when we went xmas shopping at Merano. i will go back there again and again. the room was just beautiful with a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountains.

Meraviglioso

Di questa struttura ci è piaciuto tutto! Siamo arrivati (io, mio marito ed il nostro cagnolino Laika) più tardi del previsto ed abbiamo trovato la signora Margareth ad accoglierci. Ci ha aperto le porte di questo appartamento estremamente accogliente, pulito ed attrezzato di tutto punto. Laika ha trovato: un grande cuscinone, ciotole, copertina e bustine per i suoi bisogni. Noi, un letto comodissimo in pino cembro con materasso in canapa, dove abbiamo dormito meravigliosamente bene. Abbiamo trovato marmellata fatta in casa e mele. Il profumo di pulito, l'attenzione e la cura della signora Margareth nel gestire questo appartamento fra i meleti di Cermes (posizione ottima per passeggiate ed a un passo da Merano), hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente la struttura a chi cerca tranquillità genuinità e cura. Grazie Margareth ❤

Wundervolles Südtirol in einer wundervollen Wohnung

Eine perfekt eingerichtete große Ferienwohnung, wundervolles Bett aus Zirbenholz. Ich bin etwas empfindlich, was die Matratze angeht, aber ich hab wirklich geschlafen wie auf einer Wolke. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, verschiedene deutsche Sender im TV, richtig heißes Wasser in der Dusche (schon oft anders erlebt), sehr sauber, eigener Eingang, ruhig und ein unglaublicher Blick über die Gegend - von Brixen bis weit Richtung Bozen. Ich kann gar nicht alles einzeln aufzählen, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Frau Margarete ist eine sehr herzliche, entgegenkommende Gastgeberin, die uns mit Wein und Marmelade willkommen geheißen hat und immer offen war für Fragen und Tips für die Umgebung. Ohne sie hätten wir den Urlaub bei weitem nicht so sehr genossen! Kurz gefasst - es war für uns die perfekte Ferienwohnung! Wir können unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung geben.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat! Für mich als Angsthase waren die letzten Meter zum Haus etwas abenteuerlich - mein Mann fand die Strecke toll. ;-)

Toller Urlaub in super Unterkunft

Sehr schöne FeWo in außerordentlich toller Lage. Vom Balkon bot sich ein herrlicher Talblick auf Meran und Umgebung. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der FeWo ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der lieben und zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin danken wir an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Accoglienza e tante mele!✌️✌️

La struttura era molto pulita e si presta bene ad ospitare più persone oppure una famiglia, io sono andato in coppia e con il mio cane, ci siamo trovati benissimo anche grazie a margareth che ci ha fornito ogni agevolazione

L'unica pecca è la posizione perché rimane ai pendii di una valle e raggiungere la cittadina a piedi da lì è un po'lunga ma nonostante tutto è anche accessibile

Ferienwohnung, Gastgeberin und Landschaft ermöglichen einen wunderbaren Wohlfühl-Urlaub.

Hohe Qualität der Ausstattung, wunderbarer Sonnenbalkon zum Frühstücken, phantastische Aussicht von Meran bis (fast) Bozen und zu den Bergen um Mutspitze, Iffinger und Knottnkino, Super Semmel-Service durch die Gastgeberin, die jeden Morgen frische Semmel aus dem Dorf geholt hat. Die ziemlich schmale und ein bisschen verwinkelte Zufahrt führt mitten durch herrliche Obstgärten - mit unserem E-Bike war es aber kein Problem, alle (mittel)nah liegenden touristischen Ziele zu erreichen, von denen es so viele gibt, dass ein Urlaub kaum für alle reicht: Vigiljoch-Bahn, Völlan-Bahn zum Knottnkino, Kirche in Niederlana, Marlinger Waalweg, Meran, Dorf Tirol, Mutspitze etc. Und nicht zuletzt die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Margareth, die uns mit einem Glas selbstgemachter Marmelade begrüßt und tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat.
