Hotel did not meet minimum expectation

There was ongoing construction during my stay, which caused extended interruptions to basic services, including water and electricity. There was no prior notice about this when booking. The hotel posted a notice stating there would be no water from 9–11 AM, but in reality, the water was still unavailable well into the afternoon. This lack of accurate information made planning impossible. These disruptions significantly affected my stay, especially as I had important online meetings and commitments that required a stable environment. Communication from the hotel was poor, and contacting the hotel by phone was difficult, with long waiting times. While staff acknowledged the issues when they came to the room, the situation itself remained unresolved.

The hotel was very poor

There was construction work taking place outside that is not mentioned on booking.com also no fitness centre whereas there is one advertised, the original room was dirty on the floor, there is a lot of noise from the roads outside and also a lot of dead flies on the rooms, the hotel is in a poor state despite being expensive for my stay, poor value for money

The parking lot was a construction site due to hotel expansion. Our car was blocked and damaged. Despite several emails, we received no response. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was not fresh.

Disappointed

The room was clean and the parking was free.

We checked in for nights and during our stay a very valuable item was stolen from my Bag. I had a “Montblanc” pen in my bag that was gifted to me for my birthday and held a lot of sentimental value simply taken from the inside of the bag. We tried to text and call the hotel yet no help was offered to us. We would not recommend a stay at this hotel to any future travelers and urge the hotel management to up their customer service.

No electric load installation I paid € 421.25 / night ("Hot Deal" !!!) for an ordinary room with 2 narrow beds. OK, I ordered it so because I am used to order rooms in Bastion, I trusted them and I did not realize it was that expensive. But whe I contacted the customer service, they politely wimped me off saying they have a "dynamic pricing system". They refused categorically to refung part of the price. I understand that the price raises when the demand is high. But not without limits. This is, according to my mind, actually usury. Therfore, I will NEVER return to Bastion hotels, whatever which one. It is a pitty, because the people in the hotel can nothing about it. But this way of pricing is, for me, unadmissible.

Receptionist was arrogant. He has refused to check on computer 🖥️ my booking number and asked me to pay deposit 200€💵 for letting me in my room. So being a foreigner it will be wrong to choose this particular establishment. Run away please from this hotel.

Very clean, comfortable beds, well working AC, staff was very friendly and polite. Offered a free drink when staying for the first time. Room smelled a little bit of cigarettes upon entry.

Good location and price. 2 rooms with confortable beds.

Trip in family with kids. Got confirmation of a baby bed 5 days in advance, therefore we didn't take our portable one. Once arrived I've asked if the baby bed was in the room on check-in, and I was told yes. Once in the rooms, the crib wasn't there, I came down, and they told me they had just given the last one. Couldn't sleep all night with my baby kicking and getting up crying in our bed since she had never slept with us. Also, TV wasn't working in any of the rooms on the first floor. Telephone not working on the 9th floor, King deluxe room. There are not many varieties in breakfast to justify the price. I've dropped in the shower since it's very slippery in tile. No protections. My son also felt in the shower. Tap of the sink completely loose. 1 Elevator for 9 floors is insufficient. Someone stranger was able to enter our room on 1st floor with their card on the arrival day. It's a pity because the rooms are well presented, but be sure of what you confirm in advance and please get better maintenance.

The room was ok, there was coffee and tea you could make for yourself.

The reception was a horror to communicate with, only managing things from the system. No involved in the guests' problems at all. Bastion HQ did not forward the booking internally, so I had to book myself. Over 4 days' time, they did not manage to resolve the issue OR explain how it will be solved.
