Near the station, a pretty park and bus stop. Having a kitchen with coffee machine. A house full of character sometimes quirky. V good comms with owner. Clean comfy bed

I had a wonderful stay at Bommelsteijn B&B in Dordrecht. The location is excellent — very close to the city center, about 10 minutes’ walk from Dordrecht train station, and just 2 minutes from a Jumbo supermarket. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant, which makes it even more convenient. I stayed in the Vincent van Gogh room on the ground floor, which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. At night, you can even see stars projected on the ceiling — a really unique touch. The room had a private bathroom and toilet, remote-controlled windows, a ceiling fan for summer, radiators for winter, bedside reading lamps, a large TV, and even a sink for drinking water. The shared amenities were impressive. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need — oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, egg boiler, and more — where you can help yourself. A special highlight was the full-body massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. This place does not have private parking, but guests can easily park nearby on the street free of charge. If one is driving EV, Charging points are also just at the corner. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Clean, large room, very comfortable bed, quiet, nice kitchen facility, exceptionally nice host - offered early check in and use of drying room for wet clothes - safe covered bike storage. Great value and would stay again.

Great host, received recommendations of restaurants and activities that were available in the neighborhood We were allowed to check in earlier, dispite the fact thwat we were 4 hours early. given that we visited during a heat wave the host took it upon himself to provide our room with additional cooling fans.

Highly recommended

Large open room, nicely presented. Very friendly and helpful owner, with a gorgeous little offsider- Fred the dog. Comfortable bed. Off street bike storage is excellent. Quite location but a little out of the way. Shortly after walking out of our room we were offered coffee and a Dutch pancake - delicious.

Very enjoyable. Great facilities and helpful host. Highly recommend staying here.

The host was very helpful, the room spacious and the bed was excellent. I also particularly enjoyed our private outdoor area and our little kitchenette to make our own breakfast but we still had access to the larger kitchen and fridge if necessary. We were also able to use the washing machine and dryer which was necessary for us.
