Highly recommended

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. We were a group of 4 women cyclists so having twin rooms was what we wanted and not always easy to find. Spacious. Good shower. Good to have tea and coffee making stuff. Honesty box sweeties were a bonus for two of our party. The ear plugs by the bed for the use of those in the front room was a bit alarming but the room wasn’t noisy and the ear plugs weren’t needed. Others have commented on the lack of seeing someone on arrival etc but we were happy to self check in and I found that communication with the owner was excellent and he was very responsive to my queries on the day of arrival.

Steep staircase up to the rooms. The info suggested the gate to the back yard where we had our bikes would be locked at night but it wasn’t. We had our own locks though and the bikes were fine.

Exactly what we were hoping for and expected, couldn’t have asked for more.

The property was perfectly located for access to the town centre and train station, both within easy walking distance. Roel the owner was very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, going above and beyond what we hoped for!

Be aware It's a self check in

Be aware its a Self Check-In Bed and Breakfast, there is no mention of it when you book it, but you will receive the email with complicated instructions once the booking is made. If you prefer the personal approach best to avoid it. Has to cancel it, as there was no reassurance about this place, especially if you arrive there for the first time in the evening you would expect someone to be there to meet and greet.

Good, short stay in good BnB

Nice confirmation about the booking via email and Whatsapp. Information about parking given. Parking in the free areas in Dordrecht is horrible, so I would advice to park in front of the hotel and pay a couple of euros per hour. Hotel room is big enough and clean. Coffee facilities and nice bathroom. Room warms up quickly after setting the heater on. Quiet, did not hear the other guests. Check-in is personel-free, so you will get a code to open a key box.

Lovely place, good vibes!

Very nice building, completely renovated and very well done! Lovely room ( we had the upper room on the second floor). very light room. All the windows had very good curtains , so it wa sreally dark. There was a ventilator and facilty for thee and caffee The owner is a very nice person , talkative but not too much . He gives nice suggestions regarding what to do and where to eat. Lovely stay.. will stay there again

Very kind host and a beautiful property. Everything was great but I had some issues with my dust mite allergies. Nonetheless, I cannot recommend this place more!

I cannot praise enough the accomodation and especially the amazing owner. The property is located walking distance from any place you might want to go in town but in a quite road. Refurbished to very high modern standards with amazing taste. The room are big, comfortable. Modern bathroom with massive walk-in shower. Ceiling is very high and the massive windows bring in a lot of light. The art around the house is just brilliant. Communication was swift, clear and a lot of useful information was provided. The host was kind, polite, smily and helpful. He made us really feel welcomed. Breakfast great quality and plentiful. I wish I could visit again very soon.

We hadden geen ontbijt, maar dat wisten we vtv. We waren op de fiets en mochten die in de tuin zetten, heel fijn. Top locatie, mooi park in de buurt!

De vloerverwarming van de badkamer stond uit, alleen als tip zouden we zeggen zet die vtv aan. En is wel wat gehorig, maar we hebben er niet minder om geslapen! Van de vloerverwarming is een tip! Viel niet tegen...

Op zich een ruime kamer

De verwarming stond niet aan toen we arriveerden, werd ‘s-nachts uitgeschakeld. Het was 18 graden bij het douchen in de ochtend en 16 graden in de slaapkamer. Geen thee beschikbaar, koffie slechts 3 cupjes en de het koffie apparaat was niet schoongemaakt., zat nog een oud cupje in eb bij het doorspoelen was het nog bruin. Weet; er was geen ontbijt beschikbaar…. In de badkamer geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken op te hangen en nergens ruimte voor je badkamer spullen, ook niet in de douche. Bij een BnotB verwacht je meer luxe voor 160 per nacht. Kamer zag er uit als een klooster, geen aankleding. Plisee gordijnen kan je niet naar beneden doen wanneer je kleiner bent dan 175m. Kortom: geen vakantiegevoel. Heb de eigenaren niet gezien…. Kregen in de ochtend een mail dat we uiterlijk 10:30 uitegecheckt moesten zijn. Die mail kregen we om 10:06 am….

Moeder-dochter weekend; Prachtig oud pand met op de eerste etage een hele mooie ruime kamer, 2 aparte bedden naast elkaar, fijne douche in complete schone badkamer, het bed was vurrukkellijk, en het dekbed was super, ik ga deze ook kopen :-). ik heb hierdoor bijzonder goed geslapen. Locatie ligt iets uit het centrum maar is goed te lopenGeen ontbijt mogelijk, maar in een stad is dat geen probleem,, er was wel koffie en thee op de kamer mogelijk dmv een waterkoker en Nespresso. De communicatie met host was perfect, duidelijk en op tijd. Via whatsap duidelijke info ontvangen om binnen te komen. Koffers/tas konden we eerder afgeven en kregen direct de sleutel (na overleg). Ik kom graag nog een keer terug.

Grosses, helles Zimmer mit guten Betten. Schön eingerichtet und ruhige Lage zu einem Park hin. Der Wohnungsinhaber reagierte auf Fragen sehr schnell- die Kommunikation war einfach.

Schade, dass einchecken erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich ist. Für Gäste mit eingeschränktem Gleichgewicht schwierig die sehr steile Treppe hochzusteigen.

Mooie B&B in authentiek pand. Ruime, zeer schone kamer en badkamer. Eigen koffie/thee zet faciliteiten. Host niet gezien maar communicatie via de app was vriendelijk, duidelijk en gaf uitgebreid antwoord op onze vragen. Rustige ligging voor een stadshotel. Aanrader

De toegang is met 3 treden bereikbaar. De kamer via een trap. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Verder geen klachten.
