Clean room and great staff, rooms need a lot of care
Staff very friendly and helpful
Curtains too thin and not long enough to cover window, so let light in, laundry service involved receiving a bag back with laundry in a ball bundled in. Room in external building has not been upgraded or redecorated since the 80s. One window had two loose handles and as such let a draught in.

Enjoyable and comfortable. A good hotel experience from which to enjoy Dordrecht.
Very helpful staff, facilities were cozy and well-maintained. Location was close to the main street. Bed was comfortable and amenities such as coffee, tea and a kettle were included.
Bathroom was a little 'busy' - included a dehumidifier, low towel racks by your knees when you sit on the loo. With a little reorganisation, I feel the space could be better used.

Breakfast was of great taste and the hotel is in a really nice and old building with comfy beds and clean rooms. The location could not be better.

Rooms were lacking cupboard space, no safe, cold water, no decent mirror. General appearance of the hotel looks tired.
