We welcome you to our beautifully remodeled Anna Maria Island vacation rental condo! Summer of 2020 brought many updates to this lovely unit from the floors to the linens. The kitchen adorns stainless steel appliances, gorgeous new countertops and loads of kitchen accessories to prepare meals indoors! Spend a week or more and fall in love with this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo just a few minute walk to the sandy white beaches in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. This spacious, coastal condo is perfect for a family of four to six and is a conveniently located near stores and restaurants. It is set in a paradise like setting with lush landscaping and a community heated pool with lounge chairs and picnic area.
In Beach View #7 you can relax and enjoy television in the living room or from the bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. If you are looking to experience pure relaxation, Beach View is the place for you!
The master bedroom provides a king size bed and a queen in the guest bedroom both have their own T.V.'s. There is also a beautiful white desk in this room for guests needing to work during their stay!
In addition, a pull out sofa in the living room allows two more people to sleep. The master bath has a large walk in shower.
After a day at the beach, unwind on one of the two screened lanais just off the living room and master bedroom.
The nearby public beach has volleyball courts and playground equipped with swings. Here you’ll also find Anna Maria Island Café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a small Tiki Bar serving beer, wine frozen drinks and a gift shop that sells beach attire and souvenirs.
If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island vacation property, this could very well be the one for you! Parking is limited to two vehicles. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

We really enjoyed our unit. The location was good, the unit was nicely appointed and we would rent it again. Yep minor issues: sand in the bed of the larger bedroom. Not sure the sheets had been changed? Also recommend more umbrella tables by the pool. Otherwise we were pleased.

Easy check-in and reservation process. The unit is in need of updates: towels and linens are old and need replaced, carpet in bedrooms need cleaned or replaced, bathroom rugs need laundered, bed pillows old and stinky. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc., furniture was comfortable, welcome bag was appreciated. 2.5 blks from beach, could use a wagon to haul beach items.
