Three lanais — one off the living room and one off each bedroom. That's the detail that makes Fountainhead Condo #3 different from every other two-bedroom unit in Holmes Beach. This is a three-story townhouse where every level has its own outdoor access, and the master bedroom lanai looks directly toward the beach.
The Gulf is a 3-5 minute walk. The complex has just eight units — intimate, quiet, and a world away from the larger complexes on the island. The heated pool is available for all guests.
The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and the living room. The master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds — a proper sleeping space for kids that earns its own excitement at check-in. The living room has a pullout queen sofa for the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable for a group of six.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. High-speed WiFi and flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. On-site shared laundry handles the week's beach clothes. Two parking spaces included.
Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts.
Fountainhead Condo #3 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Super location, great private pool for condos, supermarket one block away, beach (well you can see how close). Accommodations Great, not for those who cant climb 20 or more stairs 5X/day...Not that you spend a whole lot of time in condo...suffice supplies for condo living and beach stuff...but condo updates should not wait too long ...didn't particularly like the queen size bed.,,as acustomed to a king. Encountered one problem during our stay on Holiday weekend and management was very attentive and resolved same day. This would be our 3rd return visit to same Fountainhead Condos that should say enough.

The check-in process was so easy and the communication with the property owners was excellent. They checked in with me frequently to keep me posted about what to expect and also checked in with me regarding the unit once we arrived. Everything you needed from beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island.

Clean and comfortable 2-story townhome located 1 block from a quieter and pristine beach. Great little pool available which was rarely being used by anyone. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs, coolers, toys, etc along with beach umbrellas. The air conditioning worked great and we had mostly everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Publix grocery store. Laundry is coin operated but easy to use and access. Awesome stay overall with no issues whatsoever. Would come back in a heartbeat.
