About this apartment rental
Located right across the street from the world-famous Anna Maria Island beaches, this two-bedroom condo is newly remodeled and updated and is less than 100 steps away from the warm turquoise gulf waters and sparkling white sand. Tropical Sunset #2 is one of only four units in the entire building and also gives you access to a heated swimming pool, a sun deck, and a barbecue area.
Newly updated and remodeled, this particular unit gleams with fresh finishes and a sleek, contemporary style. In the main great room, there are two plush sofas (one sleeper sofa) that face the large HDTV— creating a perfect space for hosting a Netflix night with a big bowl of popcorn. Along one wall, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flow inside. Outside through the sliding glass door is a screened-in porch with plenty of lounge space, ideal for enjoying your morning mug of coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up around you.
On the other end of the great room is the open kitchen, complete with crisp white cabinets and a blue mosaic tile backsplash. Gleaming quartz countertops surround the full suite of stainless Whirlpool appliances that include a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. A peninsula bar has bar stool seating for two, while the formal dining table has seating for six more.
Down a short hallway lies the two private bedrooms. The first bedroom has a luxe king-size bed, glass doors leading out to the patio, and an ensuite full bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. Also accessible from the hallway is a laundry nook with a full-sized, washer and dryer.
When you're ready to explore the island, the beach is just a quick stroll away. You'll also be close to lots of delicious local restaurants and shops as well. Tropical Sunset #2 keeps you close to everything that you travel to the coast to experience, while also providing plenty of privacy and peace for unwinding at the end of the day. There's also covered parking for two cars and a beach cart that's loaded with all the supplies you need for a fun beach day.

We were originally booked at another condo with another company. Three weeks before our trip we were notified that our condo wouldn't be available because it was still undergoing repairs from the hurricane damage. The company unfortunately didn't have any options that we were happy with. We spent an afternoon looking and came across this condo that was less than 100 steps from the other condo. We called and had the new place booked within the hour. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The unit was great. Recently renovated but still with that old Florida beach vibe. The unit was spotless and you're provided with everything you could need for a week. Plenty of towels, bath products, kitchen cleaner and a four pack of laundry pods. The unit has an enclosed porch with views of the gulf. We opened the windows every morning and took in the gulf breezes and the view of the water. There is a storage unit and there are beach chairs, an umbrella for use which was great as we didn't have to rent them. There was also covered parking (plus) and a very nice private pool. If we had any issues they were very few. We stayed in the lower unit and the tenants in the unit above did have some heavy feet. Also, the A/C unit was very loud when it started but it's kind of to be expected as it's not a big place. After a few days you forget about it. We would recommend this unit for sure because of the location and the fact that it's super nice. We lucked out.

Have used Seabreeze for years. Always an easy process and solve any problems you might have. Places are always very clean and well supplied.

Upside: Location was wonderful and pool was nice. There were chairs, a wagon and buckets to take to the beach. Downside: it was not very clean and beds and pillows not comfortable at all.
