The mangroves change with the light through the day, and mornings and evenings on this lanai have a stillness that most island condos can't replicate.
The complex sits in a secluded setting close to shopping and within easy walking distance of the beach. The large heated pool is on-site. Undercover parking is included. The third-floor position gives the unit elevation that ground-level condos in the complex don't have.
Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home.
Sandy Pointe #210 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

The loaction was ideal and the property management company were great. The unit is in need of updating. The carpeting is old and worn. There was plenty of room and a well appointed kitchen.

Rental location was good but average accommodations. Be ready to climb stairs and carry goods upstairs since both storage units are not available downstairs Stairway , carport, entranceway poorly maintained. Kitchen needed updating , the range was coiled , with flimsy cookware Sofa coffee table is unstable . Master shower head unusable only hand sprayer , 2 nd shower stall lacked toiletry holder Beds were fine but lacking tv in guest room Both tv were small the main tv was 30” Lanai lounge chair was ripped linens and towels were abundant No broom or swiffer available. Overall impression fair for the price but will not stay in THAT unit
