This serene coastal retreat is nestled near the sugar-white sands of Anna Maria Island. A beautifully appointed condo offers breathtaking, views of the Gulf of Americaâperfect for sunsets, morning coffee, and ultimate relaxation.

Bike, drive or take the trolley to the shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria just to the north. Quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, unique coastal shops, boating and fishing charters, and a marina.
Wake up to the sound of waves, spend your afternoons beachcombing or lounging by the community pool, and enjoy local dining and shopping just a short walk or bike ride away. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in during high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, soap, dish detergent pods and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

I recently spent time on beautiful Anna Maria Island and stayed in the most wonderful condo. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the balcony views made every morning feel like a postcard.
The location was idealâacross from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and all the charm that Anna Maria Island is known for. I loved being able to walk to the grocery and liquor stores. The area is peaceful, friendly, and truly the perfect escape.
I canât recommend this condo highly enough. I would absolutely return and already canât wait for my next trip back! đ´âď¸đĽĽ

Gulf view getaway was exactly what we expected! Great location! Walk to the public beach, restaurants or the grocery store, everything is THAT close đ. The condo has everything one needs for the perfect island getaway. Sunsets from the screened in second floor or the masters third floor balcony are beautiful đ If you are looking for the perfect slice of paradise on Anna Maria Island, you found it!
