Right across for public beach for convenience . Unit well stocked with laundry on same floor . Great warm water outdoor shower . The garage was great for keeping bikes locked up .

Centrally located to the beach - you can walk right across the street. It is a busy road to cross which was noted in other reviews. Bedding and Furniture could use an upgrade, beach chairs and supplies also need to be replaced. You can't beat the price! Overall very clean and well maintained - extremely responsive host.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kind host. Location is good. Across the street from Manatee Beach, House is well stocked. Lots of beach towels and new beach chairs. On a very busy street just have to be patient to cross. Very reasonable rental price for accommodations on AMI. But you get what you pay for.
House could use a deep cleaning and minor repairs that we communicated to Parvaneh.
