This sparkling clean and bright 2 bedroom condo is directly across the street from the beach and located in the heart of Holmes Beach!

As soon as you cross over the bridge onto Anna Maria Island you will have arrived at this well-maintained coastal townhome. Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, you will have access to shopping, dining, and beaches all within a short distance from your front door. It features two large bedrooms, and two full baths, and one half bath. The screened-in lanai overlooking the public beach is a great setting for your morning coffee, or evening cocktails. With a king-master bedroom, and additional guest room with queen bed there is plenty of space for the whole family! This townhome also features a spacious living and dining area with plenty of room to stretch out after a great day at the beach! Indoor and Outdoor dining for four.
The complex has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for one car, with additional uncovered parking available.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This townhome participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We had a wonderful time in AMI. The townhouse was great! Plenty of space for our family of four. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. My girls had fun swimming in the saltwater pool. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will for sure stay at this townhouse again.

We had a wonderful week at AMI in this very comfortable town house. It is clean, nicely decorated, had everything that we needed for a very relaxing week, and is sooo close to everything, including the beach. Every morning on the beach and every afternoon in the beautiful pool was a routine that is greatly missed since returning to the cold weather here in Ohio.
The temperature of the pool water was perfect. I also want to praise Shore Thing Property Services for a very quick response to a very minor issue that we had. Within a couple of hours, they more than took care of it, so that we were not inconvenienced for even 1 day. Next year, we’ll be giving you a call, so that we can come back here or to one of your other amazing properties.
