West-bay Cove 226 located at 600 Manatee Ave West in Holmes Beach is a picturesque and luxurious one bedroom one bath condo on Anna Maria Island . The condo is conveniently located only a short, five minute walk to white sands of Manatee Beach, Publix super market, CVS, shops and numerous restaurants. With easy access to the free Anna Maria Island trolley, a car is not needed.
There are flat screen televisions in the living room as well as the master bedroom. West-bay Cove features two heated pools, an outdoor sitting area, and a tennis court and a kayak/paddle board launch which is located in the far northeast corner of the property. With the waterfront view, convenient location, and comfortable furnishings you'll never want to leave this beautiful space. Sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master. Also a sofa sleeper and bunk beds.
West-bay Cove is a one month minimum rental.
Condo application is required.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom condo. Accommodations were adequate, nothing spectacular! There were some issues with furnishings initially which we reported and the situation was resolved fairly promptly by the Island Vacation Property management. Loved the location and friendly people in the complex. Considering the hurricane repairs still taking place on the site, we managed quite well and had a good month.

We enjoyed our stay at West Bay Cove #226. Easy communication throughout our stay. People in the community treated us like we were the owner of the condo, including us in any of the events. The home had everything that we needed. Loved being in the center of the island.

Was a good place, close to the beach and great heated pool. Clean inside and out. Had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Very nice place to stay.
