Quiet location, removed from the street, turn down the drive & crossover wooden bridge and arrive at Sandy Pointe Condominiums 26 units. The unit over looks the pool. close to shopping & free public bus all within waliking distance. the complex is next to a nature preserve( Grassy Point), Quite location away from street traffic and noise. As usual, everything went well it is a great value and a great location and Chip is always responsive and great to work with. The pool is an added bonus right out the front door and the location on the island is ideal.

It served the purpose, close to stores thats always a plus when navigating the island. My biggest issue was cleanliness, which of course i understand companies do this for the condos. (You may want to look for a new one) Needs some updating, or maintenance. issues
