About this villa rental
- Very quiet and private place located in the open country with a beautiful view on the Apuan Alps .

There are 2 different rental options:
1) Villa rental only (7 sleeps). In this case the dependence beside the main villa will remain empty to guarantee the maximum privacy and quiet.
2) Villa + stone dependence (up to 9 people). During the high season (July and August) this is the only possible rental option.
The weekly price of July and August includes Villa+dependence.
During these periods: Jan/May, June, September, October/Dec. , if you need the max capacity of the property (9 sleeps), you have to reserve villa+dependence. In this case, you have to add euro 350 to the price of the 7 sleeps villa.
For new bookings (during 2018):
-A local tax of 1 euro per person will be applied for each day only for the first 5 days of the stay (children under 14 y.o. are exempt).
- From October 1st to April 30th the local tax is reduced of 50%.

Wenn man über den kleinen Anstieg an der Einfahrt kommt und der Blick über diese endlose, im übrigen teppichweiche, Wiese und die zypressenbestandene Einfahrt auf das Haus fällt, dann hat es einen schon. Und da hat man noch gar nicht die sehr gemütliche hintere Hälfte des Grundstücks mit Pool und noch mehr Platz erfasst, geschweige denn den Blick zurück auf das tolle Bergpanorama. Was soll man sagen, ungestörte Ruhe, Platz ohne Ende und mit Alessandro ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns herzlich willkommen geheißen hat, uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und uns in allen Dingen geholfen hat, unseren Urlaub entspannt zu genießen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön. Der Außenbereich ist wie ein Park und bietet viel Platz, damit sich die Kinder austoben und die Eltern erholen können. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn es fragen gab. Es gibt innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und auch Ausflugsziele gibt es genügend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

wonderfull holliday ! waking up - each day - with such a marvelous view, spending the day in such a perfect accomodation, made me realize : this is how every vacation should be. Everyone of us , from the oldest (me ;o( ) to the youngest (9 months) had a great time !
With the good advise of the host we had some lovely excursions and great dinners in the local restaurants !!!
