About this villa rental

There are 2 different rental options:
1) Villa rental only (7 sleeps). In this case the dependence beside the main villa will remain empty to guarantee the maximum privacy and quiet.
2) Villa + stone dependence (up to 9 people). During the high season (July and August) this is the only possible rental option.
The weekly price of July and August includes Villa+dependence.
During these periods: Jan/May, June, September, October/Dec. , if you need the max capacity of the property (9 sleeps), you have to reserve villa+dependence. In this case, you have to add euro 350 to the price of the 7 sleeps villa.
For new bookings (during 2018):
-A local tax of 1 euro per person will be applied for each day only for the first 5 days of the stay (children under 14 y.o. are exempt).
- From October 1st to April 30th the local tax is reduced of 50%.
