Overall a luxurious bargain.

The room was very nice and great value for money. The jacuzzi was amazing. The place had obviously had a lot of money spent on it and was very luxurious. One unfortunate thing was that the room had a real damp problem. The paint and plaster were peeling away and the roof was leaking in places. But in all honesty it was such a bargain I would go there again. The shower was excellent, the bed was amazing. The location in the mountains beautiful.

We had a problem checking in because the place was completely deserted. I can only assume it was because it was out of season. But we eventually managed to meet somebody at the property with the use of WhatsApp and it's translation feature. The fridge froze all of our food and we had to waste most of it. The room was quite far from the car and a steep climb.

Nothing I didn’t like - only think that would be an improvement is a sign/arrow to point towards reception/check-in as when you park you have no idea which way to go (right to the bottom of the hill)

the bed squaked a lot, there was nothing to clean with in the kitchen and we wasn’t giving alot of information at arrival or departement

Location, privacy and friendly and helpful staff. The staff were very helpful.

Self catering facilities weren’t really sufficient. The induction hob had only one diffuser plate so we could only use one ring at a time. Other guests were inconsiderate when using one of the pools. They would leave towels on the recliners when they’d left the pool area (for lunch, for example, making sure the recliners would be there for them on their return, preventing the use of the recliners in the meantime.

Covid protocol was met in all respect. Apartment was clean, and good size. Owner was friendly. Breakfast prepared by the mamma was delicious. All needs were met and we were sent along with a gift of jam made on the farm.

Relaxing trip!

A beautiful location, very tranquil and private. The apartment was very spacious and had a lovely outdoor area. No assembramenti in this place! Superb, will definitely go back. Thank you to the owner Giuliano!

The bed was very creaky. Unfortunately we didn't make the most of the pools as there were too many horseflies.

best place for discoverinh gargfagnana and family stay

Wonerful location with a great view from the balcony, very romantic place, good base for trips in gargfagnana, both bike or trekking. Super friendly and helpful hosts. We spent there 3 weeks and will be back there sometime for sure. The place is dog friendly. Has restaurant with nice desserts and meat courses, two swimming pools and a gym. Best for a stay with whole family.

The wi-fi in our apartment was not a great quality, so if you plan to work you should be aware of that.

Superior room is basically small house with terrace. Perfect place to enjoy calm enviroment of countryside during your mountain hikes.

We appreciated the wonderful location: it is so calm during the night and from our room we could see a wonderful surise in the morning. We also appreciated the cleanliness: house and bathroom were sparkling clean, and this is the most important thing for us.

We loved our stay at Borgo Biaia. We have no complaints.

Valido per una notte e via

Agriturismo a pochi minuti dal centro di Camporgiano, in una bella località di campagna circondato dalla natura. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza di posto auto. Gentilissima la proprietaria, disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

La stanza era un po' spoglia, il frigo era vuoto, e non c' erano neanche un tè o delle bustine per infusione nonostante il bollitore. Non abbiamo trovato un foglietto con la password del wifi..e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception. La nostra stanza aveva anche tanta muffa sul muro ...insomma per il costo per una notte che abbiamo pagato, la stanza non era proprio all' altezza.

Terribile! Struttura fatiscente e sporca!

Struttura sporca, vecchia e pericolosa dal punto di vista igienico-sanitario. La cucina era maleodorante con sporco accumulato da tempo. Impianto elettrico scoperto, con rischio di folgorazione. Staff terribile. Il soggiorno si è concluso con l’intervento dei Carabinieri e la segnalazione all’ASL. The property was dirty, old, and dangerous from a health and safety point of view. The kitchen smelled bad, with dirt that had clearly accumulated over time. Exposed electrical system, with a real risk of electrocution. Awful staff. Our stay ended with the intervention of the police and a report to the local health authority.

Tutto pessimo, compresi gli spazi esterni: struttura trascurata, vetri rotti, piscina con acqua verde, prato non curato e zona barbecue sporca e lasciata nell’incuria. Everything was terrible, including the outdoor areas: neglected property, broken windows, a pool with green water, an unkempt lawn, and a dirty barbecue area left in total neglect.

La struttura che sembra un piccolo borgo, tenuta benissimo con bella vista. Comoda soluzione per chi viaggia con animali

Meglio evitare...

Il panorama è davvero suggestivo, e gli appartamenti sono comodi e belli

Il posto ha grandi potenzialità, ma l'ambiente appare poco manutenuto, si fa il minimo indispensabile (sia in termini di pulizia che di manutenzione degli spazi esterni), manca proprio attenzione ai dettagli (gli appartamenti Aquila non hanno un minimo di privacy, basterebbe mettere delle tende alle finestre, dei separé tra un appartamento e l'altro). La cosa però che ci ha contrariato è stata farci cambiare 2 appartamenti in 3 giorni, senza nessun preavviso: siamo dovuti stare un giorno con le valigie in terra senza poterle disfare, abbiamo lavato due volte le stoviglie, e il secondo giorno abbiamo perso metà mattina (che in una vacanza di 3 giorni è piuttosto fastidioso) per aspettare che l'appartamento fosse sgombro. Tra Booking e la struttura si sono rimpallati le colpe, senza che nessuno si scusasse o che capisse il nostro disagio..

Super Lage. Schöne Aussicht. Leckeres Frühstück zum fairen Preis. Sehr ruhige trotz voller Belegung lag man meistens alleine am Pool. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter( Dame die sich um alles im Bereich Restaurant kümmert und Augustino). Bequemes Bett.

Oberer Pool leicht algig. Erreichbarkeit des Hotels im Vorfeld sollte verbessert werden.

Mooie 2 persoonsappartement, en heel schoon.

4 dagen lang onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het terrein/ grasmaaien, moet ook gebeuren maar het verwachte rustige landelijk gevoel was er daardoor niet. Uiteraard is dit een moment opname.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo davvero un posto super consigliato . Staff gestilissimo e cortese. La nostra casetta era spettacolare. Pulizia ottimale , casetta fresca anche senza aria condizionata. Ottimo cibo, abbiamo cenato sotto La veranda e si stava benissimo.

Le tende nelle camere consiglio di cambiarle con delle tende più spesse. La luce filtra molto e ci si sveglia un po troppo presto .

Hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Maria hat sich wundervoll um uns gekümmert. Das Essen und Frûhstück wurde auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt. Regionale Produkte. Zimmer waren gross und Sauber.

Der Weg dauerte länger als gedacht. Es hatte sehr wenige Steckdosen
