It is equipped with air conditioning and is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, comprising: entrance with 2 single beds, living room with 1 double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, separate wc, large outdoor terrace with stunning sea views over the Cap Canaille.
Individual closed garage in the residence with direct access to the apartment by the lift.
Near the residence: municipal shuttle for access to the city, numerous tennis courts, nautical stadium with aquatic activities and secure adventure course.
Bedding: everything is provided except bathroom linen, sheets and pillowcases (1 double bed in 140 x 200 and 2 single beds in 90 x 200 and 4 pillowcases in 65 x 65).
Cleaning: cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Otherwise, the cleaning fee will be € 50 and will apply in addition to the rental price.
