Location is perfect for opera and Monica is a wonderful host.

Our four days in Verona were easily the highlight of our entire trip to Italy, and this wonderful stay in Monica’s lovely apartment made it all possible. The location is absolutely perfect: just a short walk from the Arena and the main shopping district, yet wonderfully quiet once you close the windows. The apartment itself is beautifully modern, with every amenity working perfectly, and it’s filled with thoughtful details that reflect the host’s elegant taste and love for life. Monica is such a warm and welcoming host. She gave us fantastic local recommendations for restaurants, the best gelato(which my daughter absolutely loved and visited daily!), and charming nearby gardens. She was incredibly flexible with our check‑in and check‑out times, and even kindly arranged a taxi to the train station for us. We cannot recommend this apartment and Monica highly enough — a true gem for anyone who appreciates comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.

La struttura era meravigliosa , arredata in maniera elegante profumata e molto nuova, con addirittura il pavimento riscaldato. L’ appartamento è studiato in ogni dettaglio e accogliente , spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort, all interno vi era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno a partire dalla cucina fino al bagno con addirittura la piastra per i capelli, e un set di asciugamani ampio. Nulla da dire un soggiorno indimenticabile nel cuore del centro di Verona. La proprietaria Monica è stata cordiale e molto gentile nei nostri confronti, ha avuto molta accortezza per tutto. Nel complesso siamo rimasti entusiasti di tutto, ci torneremo!

Everything was perfect! Our host Monica was fabulous and had wonderful dinner and activity recommendations. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and close to everything in Verona. Parking was underground, secure and easy. Supermarket close by. One of our favourite apartments ever. Monica even had bathrobes in the apartment. Highly recommend!
