The palace was amazing, immaculately clean, super comfortable all the amenities that we needed. The views of the window were great recommendations for local restaurants were superb but most of all Anna has excellent communication skills answered our questions right away. Call the cab for us as we were checking out was so so very nice and pleasant. We would highly recommend staying here.

Whenever you need anything, one call to Anna and she is there is answer your questions.

The location is centrally located and within walking distance to all the tourist spots. It is indeed a famous palace, a historic and beautiful building. Going in and out of the place, you will see tourists taking pictures of it. Renowned personalities like Napoleon Bonaparte, Czar Alexander of Russia, and Emperors Franz Ferdinand and Franz Joseph were accorded hospitality in this palace.

A perfect location filled with history

It was exciting staying in a building so full of history. We loved learning about the history of the Canossa family. Even a tsar has stayed there. Anna was a wonderful host - she welcomed us and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect - we could walk everywhere that we wanted to visit. For a family of four, our apartment was the perfect size. The air conditioning worked well.

To access the apartment, you either climb 85 stairs or take a small elevator. We were ok with the climb, the kids enjoyed counting the steps, but if you don't like small elevators or climbing, it may not be the right place for you.

Beautiful spacious two rooms apartment in a great location. Our hostess was very kind and gave us all info needed to enjoy the city.

Not adapted for those who cannot take the stairs because the elevator is unusually slow and it is small.

Exceptional position in the Verona historic city center, in few min walk distance to all main historic center attractions, therefore ideal for short break during your daily visit. Furniture and kichenette of good quality. We stayed there with a 1year baby and was perfect, we got as well a crib.

no big issues at all, just worth to mention that the lift is quite small and for people with disabilities few steps to overcome to get to the room, or if you have a big baby stroller this may not fit into the lift.

One of the best stays we have had. Wonderful location (old city but close to station) and rooms that were both historical and had every comfort. Anna, our host, was a delight and could not have been of more help (booking taxis, restaurants, suggesting tours). Lovely!

Amazing hosts. fabulous location. great apartment

this property is like nothing else you have stayed in. it’s a palace. it has tours going through it during the day do you are essentially staying in a museum. our kids mind was blown that he was staying in a real palace. Everything we needed was there and the beds was so firm- great if you have a bad back. location is central and everything can be reached in a very short walk. and the Best Buy is the most wonderful hosts. so efficient and do do friendly and helpful.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city.

The location was ideal - a short walk to the city centre. Our room had a lovely view of the castle. Anna - our host - was great. Clear communication, pleasant, and accommodating. Anna arranged for us to check-in early, and, called a taxi for us when we were checking-out.

We enjoyed our stay.
