Gavi Suites, a due passi dall'Arena

This was the best decision we could have made when choosing an apartment in Verona. Simply 10 out of 10! The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the garden. It’s the perfect combination: everything Verona has to offer is just a few steps away, while the apartment itself feels calm and relaxing. The apartment made a wonderful impression on us from the moment we arrived. Everything was so clean, fresh and beautifully maintained that it felt as if it had just been renovated. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable — everything was spotless, down to the smallest detail. I especially have to mention two things. First, the pillows! I honestly think this is the only place I have ever stayed where the pillows were so incredibly comfortable. 😊 And second, the tableware — beautiful and carefully chosen, and the cups were absolutely lovely. These little details really make you feel at home and show how much care the hosts put into the apartment and their guests. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive. Everything was perfectly organized, from our arrival to our departure. We especially appreciated the flexibility with check-out. Instead of being given a strict check-out time, we were simply asked what time would be most convenient for us to leave. When you are travelling, this kind of thoughtfulness and flexibility means a lot. We spent two unforgettable days here and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. A beautiful apartment, a fantastic location, impeccable cleanliness and wonderful hosts. Definitely 10 out of 10. The value for money is exceptional. If we ever return to Verona, we would be very happy to stay here again. ❤️

Nothing

Everything was excellent ! the apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could need, a real home from home, examples are ; fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and board, loads of cupboard space and hangers, extra pillows and bedding, great shower and lovely bathroom shampoo and body items, 2 tv’s, loads of socket and USB points and the wi-fi was excellent. Security was good too. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Verona but away from the roads. Silvia, the host, was fabulous, so helpful and amenable both before arrival and during the stay and kept in touch if you needed anything. Would highly recommend

Silvia was incredibly accommodating from beginning to end! She messaged us a baggage storage place days prior to arriving so we could sort out where to store our bags before check in. The location of bag storage is very near by and convenient. Upon arrival Silvia was there to greet us, show us around the apartment, and give local recommendations. The apartment itself was very clean, there was a little coffee for a convenient cup, and the location was ideal! Silvia happened to have a check in that was coming a bit later the next day and was able to book housekeeping to come later in the morning so that we could check out a touch later. We had just one night in Verona but it was absolutely perfect! Thank you again, Silvia

Not one thing

Very comfortable, stylish, and well equipped in a thoughtful and considerate way. Perfectly positioned in the old city and near historic monuments, galleries and restaurants and shops. The owner manager was charming and very helpful. Checking in was well organised and good communication throughout.
