Prachtige locatie midden in het gezellige centrum. Vriendelijke gastheer Emanuele.

Gekmakend veel berichten van verhuurbedrijf, veelal geautomatiseerd en directief, vooraf en tijdens verblijf. Zielloze inrichting. Onvolledig meubilair op balkon. Geen handleidingen voor tv en airco. Onduidelijk afvalscheidingsysteem.

Posizione centralissima a Desenzano, staff molto cordiale e gentile, la casa ha tutto per ospitare comodamente una famiglia

Troppe communicazione dalla parte dell'agenzia che gestisce la casa prima dall'arrivo, le coperte non erano pulite (al tirare su la coperta in camera da letto tante foglie secche sono cadute, che mi fa pensare che la stessa sia stata usata prima e non lavata), abbiamo dovuto montare il divano letto da soli anche se la prenotazione prevvedeva il suo uso), non c'era carta igienica a sufficienza per la quantità di giorni prenotati, e se la struttura spera che gli ospiti puliscono la cucina e raccolgono la spazzatura, bisogna almeno lasciare quello che serve a sufficienza come lavapiatti e sacchetti della spazzatura (in questo caso, abbiamo fatto la spesa noi per rassicurare che la casa sarebbe stata consegnata come richiesto).

The location and the balcony made our stay worth it. Joao was very helpful. Check in process, communication before and during the stay with him were excellent.

The apartment was outdated, the sofa was ruined. The furniture and the floors desperately needed a repair. The toilet was terrible. Everything was cleaned but so worn out that filled not clean.
