Super central. Good choice if you want to be in the middle of the city buzz.
Pillows and bed(s) not very comfortable. A bit loud at times due to the location.

The location and the balcony made our stay worth it. Joao was very helpful. Check in process, communication before and during the stay with him were excellent.
The apartment was outdated, the sofa was ruined. The furniture and the floors desperately needed a repair. The toilet was terrible. Everything was cleaned but so worn out that filled not clean.
