Ok for 1 night. Wouldn’t come back.

Where it is locates

- no parking place available. - pet friendly however we have been charged 15 leva extra for dog. - dogs are no allowed to stay alone in the room -the bathroom was a joke. We were in transit for a night, didn’t bothered much, however for a long time it might be an issues - the brakfast was joke and we have selected this property mainly for breakfast. 2 french pancakes + jam( don’t confuse it with crepes) and 1 coffee.

Excellent experience

Hotel Elena offers a homey and cozy atmosphere while simultaneously providing all of the luxuries of a chain hotel. The property’s location is also very convenient as it is only 10 minutes away from Veliko Tarnovo by car and 5 minutes away from the hiking trail to the Swing of Love. Additionally, at breakfast, we were served a hot fresh piece of homemade banitsa which tasted amazing.

Nice clean family hotel, the breakfast it's excellent the product use for it it's home made. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I been here before and recommend it.!

The floor in the shower didn't had the incline needed, so every time we used it, it floded the entire bathroom. Toilet brush very dirty...

Exceptional

The host is an extraordinary woman. We booked 1 night through Booking, and when we arrived we decided to stay one more night and we expected her to check us out, but she said "No problem". The first morning we had free breakfast through genius, and the second we expected to pay but it was still free. It is quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings. We are satisfied! Also we was with our dog.

The rooms were better than we were expecting based on the pictures. They were large enough, had all the facilities that we needed and were very clean. We arrived a bit later than the limit stated in the listing, but there were no issues whatsoever. The staff was really kind and helpful. The included breakfast was also great.

Perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights.

At time when there are lots of visitors, the hotel offered us a room at last floor, which made it quiet enough. We are traveling with a small child, so this was very important for us.

The furniture seemed a bit old and overused. We find the prices a bit high for such room settings. Anyway, we stayed for just one night, so I cannot give adequate opinion.

The location.

We understood upon arrival that the hotel doesn't have its own parking spaces provided and we should look for a place to park the car in the street. We were lucky because it was high season and there were a lot of cars. Breakfast was really simple - three salami sandwiches and a coffee/tea. We are vegetarians but nobody asked us. Also the earliest possible time for breakfast was 8:30, which is rather late in my opinion.

The location is really good and overall the place is nice and quiet.

There were no hangers in the bathroom and no ashtray on the balcony. There is no swimming pool or at least the staff didn't let us know there is.

Arbanasi este un sat de vacanta rustic ,curat,cu o amplasare foarte bună, restaurante cu preturi decente! Atractiile turistice din Veliko Tarnovo m au încântat!

Camera era mare și curată. Locația este foarte frumoasa, iar personalul este foarte amabil. Este ideala pentru familiile cu bebeluși/copilași.

Puțin cam frig (pentru mine), in special in baie.
