Holiday Home Alfreda - SLR101 by Interhome

We stayed at Holiday Home Alfreda in May with our family and had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, with beautiful sea views from the bedrooms and the outdoor terrace. It was lovely to relax outside and enjoy the view. The house is in a convenient area, only around a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and about 2 minutes’ walk to a local grocery shop. Parking was also very convenient, with space in the garden and in front of the property. It is also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. During our stay, we visited Sanremo, Monaco, and Imperia, which were all easy to reach by car. The host was very nice and helpful. He only spoke Italian, but we managed to communicate and everything was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for families or groups looking for a comfortable place close to the sea.

There were a few things that could be improved. The beds were not made when we arrived, so we had to put the sheets and bedding on ourselves. There were also no towels provided, which is useful to know before arrival, also no hand soap. The property is a little dated, although this also gives it an authentic feel, so it depends how you look at it. The cleaning could also have been done more thoroughly.
