The room felt really homely and was a nice place to come back to after being out all day. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, ready to answer any questions I had. Nice shared facilities of shower/toilet. It was quiet too which was great. Good location near Barrow town centre, Barrow park and Tesco express too
There was one drawer (second down on bedside table) which had sticky stuff on the bottom so I didn’t put anything in there. But I used all the other drawers

From the moment we walked through the door we felt most welcome by the host Ian , and as In all the other reviews we found this place exceptionally clean and comfortable and would highly recommend a stay here .. we will definitely be returning when back in the area .

The owners, a Chinese couple went out of their way to accommodate me, were always happy and friendly. Stayed there before and will again, I'm sure.

Not what I expected . Cleanliness is top notch for the surrounding and bedding, friendly staff.
Attention should be paid to the microwave , very unhygienic to use when it hasn't been cleaned in a while .. looked very dirty. Very bad to have to share toilet and bathroom with the amount paid ... and the bathroom light was bad had to bath with my phone torchlight. Early hours of the morning vibration from nowhere could not sleep again.. have to leave the place immediately.
