House of 2015, spacious, bright, calm and well equipped, located at the end of a private driveway. The land is fully enclosed and vehicles are parked on the property. The Beach is less than 2 km away and the village of Plurien 400m with all its shops.
Ground floor :
- a large room including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower.
- separate toilets.
- a garage.
- terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
1st floor: three bedrooms.
- 1 with a double bed 140/190.
- 1 with double bed 140/190 + baby bed.
- 1 with 2 single bunk beds and 2 single beds.
(in each double bed a 220/240 duvet and blankets + square pillows. Bed linen rental possible on request)
- separate toilets.

Modernes Haus im hübschen Dorf Plurien mit einem großen Garten. Schöne großzügige Küche mit Eßbereich. Die beiden Badezimmer mit Dusche sind angenehm ausgestattet. Leider sind die Möbel im Wohnbereich und in den Schlafzimmern abgewohnt und weder schön noch bequem.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à 6 dans cette maison spacieuse et claire, située dans un charmant village, au calme et non loin de la mer. L' équipement de la cuisine et de la maison en général est parfait, le seul petit bémol, est le "ronronnement" de la chaudière que l'on entend même dans les chambres à l'étage, cela reste un détail . Cette location doit être vraiment sympa en été.

nous avons séjourné à 8 dans cette maison très récente et très spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée et surtout au calme. Un jardin qui fait le bonheur des enfants sans oublier l'accueil très chaleureux de Dominique avec un délicieux far breton qui nous attendait. Nous avons hâte d'y séjourner de nouveau.

Séjour parfait. La propriétaire très agréable a partagé avec nous une coupe de cidre et un far avec nous en guise de bienvenue. La maison était conforme aux photos et à nos attentes.La région est magnifique et nous étions au calme. Tout ce qu'il faut pour déconnecter d'autant plus qu'internet ne fonctionne qu'a un endroit de la terrasse. C'était vraiment parfait. A conseiller à tout le monde pour de superbes vacances.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L accueil de la propriétaire qui a partagé avec nous une coupe de cidre et un far était vraiment très sympathique. La maison était conforme aux photos et à nos attentes. Nous étions au calme et à proximité de la mer. En plus vraiment déconnexion complète car Internet ne fonctionne pas dans la maison. Donc c'était parfait. Je vous conseille sans problème cette location.
