Spacious south-facing detached house, with SPA Jacuzzi in a charming residential area overlooking the popular seaside resort of Sables d'Or les Pins, a tourist gem on the Côte de Penthièvre. Ideally located in the middle of a site classified as a "Grand site de France", between Cap d'Erquy just 7 km to the West, Cap Fréhel 10 km to the East, 45 minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and 1 hour from the Bréhat Islands archipelago. Its lush garden and terrace, complete with swimming pool just for you so that you can enjoy absolute relaxation.
Undeniably, the main asset around the house remains its ideal location offering multiple hikes and beaches on either side of your vacation spot along the Brittany coastal path: the GR34.
The vast fine sand beach of Sables d'Or les Pins, its lagoon, its restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops are accessible on foot 500m away. This beach is among the most beautiful in Brittany.
Its beauty makes it an ideal place for contemplation, but also for practicing sand yachting, kitesurfing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and of course, for enjoying the pleasures of swimming in the sea.
The magnificent beaches of Hôpitaux with its Saint Michel islet, the wild beaches of Cap d'Erquy (the Eyrand pit, the Guen, Lanruen, the Portuais and the Ourtuais) are located between 1 and 4 kilometers to the West and the beaches from Fréhel (Anse du Croc, Grèves d'en bas, La Fosse, Pory) at the same distances on the east side.
The viewpoints on these beaches and these sites are innumerable and remarkable for their diversity depending on the tides, the relief and the hours of the day.
Your independent holiday home is on two levels:

Exteriors:
The 40 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a SPA (Open all year round, except from November to March, during this period it is open on request with a supplement of €40/stay), offering a view of a 550 m² ornamental lawn with trees. A 140 m² courtyard, equipped with a gate, which can park 6 vehicles.
Everything is completely enclosed and animals are accepted (6€/day/animal)
