Great location for family-friendly beaches and exploring Dinard and St Malo. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic.Benoit was a great host - very helpful and friendly. We’d love to return.

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers plus dog) spent the fall vacations in Benoit's vacation home.
We really enjoyed the two weeks and would love to come back. The house with its furnishings, the large garden, the pool and the location near the beautiful beaches corresponded fully to the description. This and the great care by Benoit made us feel very comfortable and we would love to come back.

The property is a 5-star accomodation plus a sufficenty large and fully fenced piece of land. The pool and large deck is prime. Beds are good. We slept very well there.
The communication in English with Benoit (owner) was nice, easy and on the point. He has a good sense of humour and takes very good care of his property.
The villa is pretty close to a significant number of very attractive cities, villages, beaches and sites. Many nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away (by car). Erquy, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale and Dinan are close 15 - 45 min.). And even the best places at the Cotes de Granit Rose are reachable in 60 - 90 minutes.
