Large, quiet house within walking distance 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops.

Lovely house idealy situated,near all conveniences.All you need in the way of equipement,fridge,washing machine ,dish washer etc.Ideal for a large group either family or elderly people.The house is situated near the port of Dahouët(10 mins along the coastal path)where you can find the local baker,restaurants,market for fresh fish etc.The beach,Le Pissot is only 5 mins away.Down town in Val André Pleneuf you have all you need in the way of shops from the .fishmonger to the super market.All in all you can spend a great holiday in this region with lots of different places to visit.The owner was very helpful about the variuos things to do and also leaves you a great dossier i.e.markets etc.Don't hesitate about making your reservation!!And you can even forget about your car.

We passed a most enjoyable fortnight in this well-equipped house. The charming and welcoming owners met us there in the evening, following our arrival by ferry at Saint-Malo, (an easy drive of less than one hour). The house is in a peaceful private estate at the top of the cliffs, about half a mile from the town centre, and the directions were very clear and precise. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained, and the briefing given by the owners was detailed and helpful. The garden is very secure, and our dog loved it. There is a very good Leclerc supermarket about half-a-mile away, and there are excellent local shops "down in the town", with three markets per week and at least two days when fresh fish and shellfish are sold direct from the boat on the quayside in Dahouet, also less than a mile away. We ate in several small local restaurants, menus being mostly fish-oriented , and we particularly enjoyed "Le Sud" at the eastern extremity of the esplanade, which had a superb view over the bay. The best-quality restaurant was undoubtedly "Le Biniou " which is very close to a Michelin star, and which. although dearer than the others, was still aout half the price of a comparable meal in the UK. We unreservedly recommend the venue.

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la plage. Propriétaires très accueillants. Grand jardin clôturé. La maison est spacieuse. Un petit point d'amélioration serait l'aménagement de la salle de bain à l'étage (prévoir un rideau de douche par exemple).

Propreté laissant à désirer mais séjour agréable.

Séjour agréable dans une grande maison confortable et bien située. La maison comporte tout le nécessaire. Jardin bien arboré et terrasse fleurie. Hôtes chaleureux et à l'écoute.

Maison très bien située, dans un quartier calme et à 5mn a pied de 2 plages, du port et des commerces de proximité. Elle est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, un bel et grand espace ouvert: cuisine, salle à manger, salon. Très bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à bois pivotant, le bois était mis à disposition gratuitement. Ce qui est rare. La côte est magnifique, de très belles balades à faire à pied à partir de la maison. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir garer 3 voitures dans la propriété. Que des points positifs. Location d un bon rapport qualité prix que nous ne pouvons que recommander auprès de propriétaires très accueillants Mr et Mme André Tanguy

Les proprietaires sont accueillants. La maison est propre, grande, confortable, tres bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et equipees en placard ou armoire. Les matelas sont tres confortables. La maison est tres bien située dans un quartier tres calme, a 5mn a pied des commerces du port de Dahouet ou de la rue commerçante du Val André. La plage egalement a 5 mn a pied. On peut ainsi tout faire a pied donc pas de problème de parking. A partir de la maison on accede a pied au chemin de randonnée du GR 34. Tres belles balades à faire En résumé c est une excellente location.
