Holiday house of 2000, contemporary, extra comfort and quiet. Impregnable sea view on the Sillon de Talbert (classified remarkable site) and on the archipelago of Bréhat. Access to the beach and the GR34 at the end of the garden! 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms (bedding 160/200) on the ground floor with bathroom (shower or bath) and toilet each, including 3 with a sea view. 1 bedroom loft with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190) upstairs. Spa (Jacuzzi) heated all year and secure for children. Living room sea view of 50m2 including living room fireplace (wood included in the price) with plasma tv and dining room. We had a great time and the spacious and light house right next to the beach. The nice kitchen with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and 2 fridges helped us to a lot. The jacuzzi was a nice addition, our kids spent many hour in it (although for the adults the water could have been a touch warmer). A great garden as well. I would recommend to bring your own towels, as the towels for rent are only one per person and therefore somewhat pricey. Also while the WiFi is good and fast enough, it does not reach the whole house.

Great house for large family groups. We were 5 adults and 5 children aged between 3 and 13. Plenty of room for everyone. The children really enjoyed the closeness of the beach and were out everyday beach combing and exploring the rock pools. There were two washing machines, very handy with the children getting into all sorts of mess! We had a dishwasher problem (nothing wrong with the dishwasher), only my own stupidity in not working it properly, but my email was answered promptly with a visit by someone to sort it. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay with a few interesting places to explore, especially the Whisky distillery only a few minutes walk away.

This was a fantastic holiday home - spacious with all necessary facilities . The hot tub was a rather nice additional feature. We were a group of 7 adults and we all found the home spacious ,well equipped and very comfortable. Owner Christine was very friendly and helpful.The surrounding area is fantastic with trips to Treguier and the Isle de Brehat standing out .Would recommend this property 100% .

Beautiful house, in a quiet area, with the beach literally at the end of the garden. Very spacious, with plenty of room for large groups. Christine was so helpful, and came to assist with our only slight problem, which was easily resolved. Thank you. We enjoyed your lovely home very much.

We went in November, for our wedding anniversary and wife's 40th birthday ,with our four children, two them are adults with partners and parents so Eleven in total, you don't feel cramped or squashed there, it's a big spacious property the only thing that caused a minor problem was the kitchen, maybe a bit small when cooking for a lot of people , but the utility has two washing machines, two tumble dryers and two large fridge freezers, this place really does have everything you need. Christine was always available and was very helpful and we thank her for that . I would definitely stay here again and we do intend to .

Le gîte, l’emplacement et le soleil nous ont permis de passer une superbe semaine. Gîte très bien équipé avec, cerise sur le gâteau, un SPA très apprécié. Interlocuteurs très réactifs et de très bons conseils. A réserver sans aucune hésitation.

Remarquablement située à proximité du Sillon de Talbert avec sentier et plage en bout de jardin , une grande maison pour tribu ou idéalement 2 familles . Très lumineuse avec un espace de vie commun avec vue sur mer , baies vitrees , remarquablement équipée , cette maison est très agréable et son spa est le plus apres les grandes ballades possibles aux environs . Un beau séjour !

La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. La plage toute proche. Idéal pour la pêche à pied en ce mois de novembre et les balades. Joli sentier côtier pour se promener jusqu'au sillon de Talbert. On apprécie le jacuzzi pour se relaxer en fin de journée. C'est très au calme. Parfait pour se ressourcer.

Maison bien équipée très lumineuse avec en prime une vue sur la mer. La plage accessible à pied en traversant le jardin est tranquille on croise que quelques randonneurs mais on est pratiquement tout seul. Idéal pour découvrir la pêche à pied à marée basse. Un peu de sable pour les pâté de sable, des galets.

Trés belle maison bien équipée , notamment pour les jeunes enfants . Une déco sobre mais de bon goût . Nous avons apprécié les chambres avec sdb qui préservent l'intimité de chacun . Une douche et des wc seraient les bienvenus à l'étage . Peut-être faudrait-il prévoir une barrière à l'étage pour les plus petits ? . Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble . L'environnement très beau et calme .

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances. La maison dotée de grandes baies vitrées donnent une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée. (2 grands frigos ,lave linge ,sèche linge, grande télé )La literie est excellente et cerise sur le gâteau un spa avec toujours vue sur la mer.Rien à redire ,Noté 10/10

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Magnifique maison moderne, joliment décorée et très propre. L'endroit est calme, reposant, avec un jacuzzi parfait pour la détente. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la côte des paysages du GR 34. Nos conjoints ont adoré la pêche à la palourde et aux coques. Un grand merci à Christine et Vincent pour ce séjour.

Très bon accueil et logement conforme au descriptif. La situation au calme avec la mer au bout du jardin est un plus, d'autant que Paimpol, Perros et Bréhat ne sont pas loin. La maison est fonctionnelle et totalement adaptée aux grands groupes. La pièce de vie est particulièrement agréable. Les petits commerces de Pleubian sont à proximité et de très bonne qualité. Petits bémols : la connexion wifi et le passage des poubelles. Nous n'avons pas pu vider les containers avant notre départ ce qui est un peu gênant pour les locataires suivants. Nous gardons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de notre séjour en famille dans une région magnifique et dépaysante.

Ruime en goed ingerichte woning op een groot domein dat volledig kan afgesloten worden. Ruime living vol licht met prachtig zicht op zee. Op gelijkvloers 4 slaapkamers met dubbel bed en elk met eigen moderne badkamer. Op verdieping nog 2 slaapkamers. Keuken is ruim met 2 grote koelkasten, 2 wasmachines en 2 droogkasten. Uitrusting soms voor verbetering vatbaar (slechts 1 wasbak, botte messen). Heel mooie terras, afgeschermd van de wind, met heel recent materiaal: tafel, stoelen parasol. De barbecue is aan vernieuwing toe.
