Voleur/Theft

At check out, the owner asked me to pay €50 for cleaning fees - this was never included in the contract / in the booking reservation. Booking customer service confirmed I should not pay and then the owner threatened me to take 300 euros! I am sure he is charging most tourists and he should not beds were not done when we arrived late, and no toilet paper (and nothing to do the clean if we wanted to).

Very comfortable place and a good host.

The Booking.com description leads a client to believe there is an outside area for all the renter's. This is not the case. We were on the top floor and there was nowhere to enjoy sitting outside. There was no BBQ. Also the description should highlight that the host requires cash or bank transfer. This is not very obvious.

Disrespectful and deceiving

I really liked the location of the property close to the beach.

Booking. com advertisement publishes this superior apartment has a “Queen bed” but in vivid reality it is two single bed patched together that leaves a gap in between, really awful to have a good night rest in this attached bed. Approached the owner about the false advert which creates a misguided expectation and deceives the customer to believe that there is a queen bed in the apartment, the reply was that none had any concerns in the past and that they cannot do anything about it. If dissatisfied with the bed the landlady simply asked me to leave the apartment immediately.This kind of false information portrayed in their booking site is a least concern for them and to my surprise after I highlighted this they changed the wordings in the advert in couple minutes to support their stand. On top of this, the apartment was dirty with strands of hair lying around all over even in the wardrobes. No proper cleaning is done prior to letting the clients in. Plus the quilt was torn with the inner thin sponge hanging out – when asked about this the landlady replied at the least it is clean as if the apartment was given on charity to me. They charge an exorbitant amount for cleaning 50 euros and extra for bed linen and even towels. With all this high charges they still ask the customer to adjust to their whims and deception. The cutleries were also missing in the so called fully equipped kitchen. Overall, a place with no respect to treat the consumer right. Rude responses of the landlady with no conscience. Future customers looking for stay here is to be cautious of not to be deceived by their pictures in booking.com I hope booking. Com takes action on this false information in their sites.

An excellent apartment in a beautiful location.

The apartment was very comfortable ,clean, well equipped and good value for money. The host Patrice sorted out any problems quickly. The location is also excellent with great local produce nearby.

The Wi-Fi was poor on the top floor but Patrice replaced the router and then it worked well.

bed uncomfortable, no sofas to stretch out on. One armchair torn. well used towels. Very scruffy terrace area that you had to go out of the property to access. all needs a good clean. Other guests parking in front of our window. Washing machine smelt and was communal for all apartments

This is at lovely part of France to visit. Our host helped us to settle in and gave advice on exploring the area and local restaurants. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect stay, perfect host in a perfect facility

Perfect and new equipment. Everything was complete and the rooms and accessories were very clean. Good introduction from the landlord into the areas and nearby facilities. Just 15 walking minutes from Plage de Trestraou and 5 min by car to Perros-Guirec. Parking available directly at the Villa. There is a organic shop in the neighbourhood which is really good and must be recommended!

Good location for exploring local walks, Very useful to have the farm shop so close for good quality bread, fruit and vegetables; easy to contact the owners who responded quickly and were very friendly; very efficient Wifi

Splendid, modern and brand new location for Perros-Guirrec

Close (by foot) to all amenities with all facilities. Quite close to beach and at the crossroads of all roads to visit the region. Splendid appartment with an awesome terrace with sofa, table and BBQ (almost even larger than the apartment). Very clean and easy to live with, even with a cat.

Beds could be a little more comfortable, even though there are very very large ! Host is very kind & reactive and available when something is missing. House quite close to the road, can be noisy if sleeping window wide open (otherwise - when windows are close, no trafic noise was heard)

Excellent séjour à Perros Guirec

Beau logement propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût . Aucun bruit dans cette résidence, c’est vraiment reposant. De plus, il est situé près des plages et les sentiers GR34 longeant la côte de granit rose sont accessibles à pied. Le parking de la résidence est pratique.

L’aspirateur n’est pas très performant et le manque de volets aux chambres peut déranger ceux qui ont l’habitude de dormir dans le noir.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in der Nähe der Côte de Granit Rose

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen mit regionalen Produkten fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und reibungslos per WhatsApp möglich. Er kommt auch persönlich vorbei zur Begrüßung und gibt Tipps.

Ondanks enige teleurstelling prima verblijf

Het appartement was ruim en netjes, daar is wat mij betreft al het goede mee gezegd. Ik zal het zeker niet weer boeken, maar de omgeving is prachtig. Dus veel gewandeld en stukjes met de auto en dan daar weer wandelen.

Er was lastig contact te krijgen met de host zodat we geen idee hadden hoe we ons appartement in konden. In onze papieren stond duidelijk dat iemand ons de sleutel zou komen geven. Ons internet functioneerde ook niet lekker. Er kwamen andere gasten aan die keurig bericht hadden ontvangen hoe ze hun appartement in konden. Toen er eindelijk contact was bleek het appartement op een bovenverdieping te zijn ipv een benedenverdieping, de vaatwasser was er niet (had ik ook niet nodig), de wasmachine was gedeeld en stond beneden in een hok. Het stof vloog om mijn oren en de stofzuiger was vies en overvol. De houding van de host was niet plezierig. Alsof het allemaal onze fout was en we het beter hadden moeten doorgeven. Ik voelde me enorm opgesloten. Er was een klein balkon, maar de deur kon niet open. Ik voelde me opgesloten, we hebben er dus vooral geslapen en verder zoveel mogelijk op pad.

Top appartement en centraal gelegen om gemakkelijk de schitterende omgeving (wandelend) te verkennen. De eigenaar heeft echt zijn best gedaan om de gasten het naar hun zin te maken. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Netter Empfang- wir durften schon früher einziehen, geräumige Wohnung (Appartement Nr.8), perfekte Ausstattung, Heizung vorhanden (bei kaltem Wetter), sehr gutes, breites Bett, praktisches Bad en suite, Handtuchtrockner, sehr bequeme Sitzmöbel, 2 Fernseher, Terrasse (konnten wir leider nicht nutzen), perfekte Mülltrennung im Hof, gute hauseigene Parkplätze…..

Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra- wie vorher bekannt Seife mitbringen!

Appartement fonctionnel, spacieux, très bien équipé notamment pour la cuisine. Propre et calme.

Hôte sympathique mais peu présent, nous n’avons pas eu d’accueil physique bien que cela n’ait pas posé de difficultés au final.

Sehr netter Vermieter, schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Parkplatz

Hatten extra nach Balkon/ Terrasse gefragt, da in der Beschreibung enthalten. Wurde auf Nachfrage zugesichert - vor Ort aber leider andere Wohnung OHNE zugewiesen. Auch fehlte die angekündigte Spülmaschine. Endreinigung kostet 50€ oder muss selber gemacht werden - davon war in der Beschreibung auch nicht die Rede.

Spartanische Ausstattung der Küche (IKEA-Grundausstattung. Wer richtig kochen will, sollte Equipment (Messer, Schüsseln usw ). mitbringen. Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Nur Barzahlung möglich, keine Quittung. 50 Euro für Abschlussreinigung.
