Lovely house close to the sea

A charming and quirky little house very close to the beach. It has been renovated, decorated and furnished beautifully. The owner is very helpful. Plenty of free parking on the doorstep.

Not really a dislike, but despite the lengthy arrival instructions, it took us a long time to find the house! Just look for the Maisons du Capitaine sign, go through the gateway, and turn left.

CLEAN, spacious, and all amenities we required. Hosts were very nice!

A beautiful and super clean townhouse like unit with all possible ameneties. Full kitchen, comfortable and spacious bedroom, and nice bathrooms. Our host was super friendly and chatted with us, and even gave us some special handmade soaps from his business. The garden area is also quite welcoming and kempt. We enjoyed some outside dinner and cards in the front yard some nights. The beach is only a few minutes walking, so the location was quite perfect. It was also quiet and secluded.

WiFi could have been better, but not so important for us!

Peaceful cosy stay

Really love the location and the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed preparing meals each evening in the kitchen with the fire roaring. Lovely layout and very comfortable.

There is no reliable Wifi connection at this property. If you are a business person and need to work during your stay then you need to be aware that there will likely be no internet. We didn't have a connection for 3 days out of our 7 day stay. This property is perfect for people wanting to unplug and disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Gîte agréable. Dommage pour l'odeur de bulot remarquée dès notre arrivée et restée malgré les aérations. Propriétaire oppressant au moment de repartir. Jardinage juste sous les fenêtres pendant que nous finissions de rassembler nos bagages.

Le confort du logement, la déco, le jardin, la proximité du centre ville mais sans aucun bruit n'y inconfort dus à cette proximité. Marc est à l'écoute, très bon guide et absolument sympathique, un sacré sens de l'accueil.

L’entrée dans les lieux a été chaotique puisque les propriétaires n’étaient pas présents contrairement à ce qui était convenu. Le contact téléphonique a finalement péniblement été possible. Bref, cela n’est pas correct…

Maison de charme idéalement placée avec grande pièce de vie conviviale et petit jardin agréable.

L'emplacement idéal, a quelques minutes du centre ville et des plages tout en étant très calme !

Le fait que le seul WC soit situé entre le 1er et le 2ème étage mais on s'y est vite habitué !
