About this cottage rental
Our cottage / farmhouse is situated in a great location near beaches and a popular golf course . This is an attractively restored farmhouse amongst two other holiday properties .but with plenty of privacy .modern fitted kitchen / diner ,fridge freezer ,microwave ,washing machine , dining table with 6 chairs , breakfast bar with stools .Bath /shower room .Wc .2 ground floor bedrooms . A double with tv with English channels . And a twin . Stairs to 1st floor attic conversion lead directly into a spacious open plan lounge ( tv with English and French channels ,dvd ,table football .small shower / Wc ( no heating) and two more bedrooms - a double ( king Size) and a twin room . There is electric heating . A large enclosed gravel courtyard .garden table and chairs ,bbq . The quiet hamlet is close to a magnificent stretch of coastline which runs to the west of st malo .sable d’or les pins (2km)has a lovely sandy beach with various water sports and just a short drive takes you to the Erquy (6km) a charming fishing port renowned for its scallops .
