Cocoonr agency offers this charming renovated house, dating from 1806, with a surface area of 110 m² and which can accommodate up to 9 travellers, for rent in Val-d'Arguenon.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and three single beds
- A study area
- A games room
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,000 m².
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 40 m² north-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Plorec-sur-Arguenon, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Lamballe, Plancoet, Dinan, Saint Brieuc
- Emerald Coast: Saint-Cast, Dinard
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 20 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour by car
