I felt like I was in one room with the people on the next floor/ in the next room. Very bad sound isolation.

Lovely place, absolute recommendation.

Loved the location, the receptionist was very helpful & funny. Room was very spacious. View from the room was great. In short I could not find a better place.

As we travelled during 41 degs the AC of the room was not functioning well. We complained but no one came to our rescue. But luckily temperature dropped nicely in 2 days so rest of our stay was great!

Location close to work appointment, important points of interest nearby, comfortable,friendly staff

The location was perfect for my business needs and the cafe onsite was super convenient, as allowed me to catch a quick bite and continue working, without loosing at lot of time. It was very near important places of interest, although my work and arrival times didn´t allow for me to visit. The room was clean, had everything I needed and the bed very comfortable. All staff very friendly and helpful.

I had an unfinished reservation and the money is paid a few days later from my bank card I wasnt be there I cant finish my reservation but my money lost I have a call but night i didnt see it I call back them next day and i say i have a not accepted call They say me this is a hotel and they dont call me and they drop me the phone 😡😡😡

Will be back again as I have found my escape to Place

It was clean and the staff where very helpful,needed to escape the busy village I live in, and there I escaped into a very welcoming Hostal León, restaurant good, clean rooms

The staff were so obliging and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The cafeteria was reasonably priced and good quality. Would definitely use again.

Everyone was very loud it was hard to sleep. Drilling was happening very early in the morning. Seemed like when anyone used there shower It was so loud it sounded like it was in our room. we kept getting locked out of our room also.

decent king size bed, plenty of hot water, cheap eats at bar

The window opens to an interior space so there is NO FRESH AIR in the king room (which costs 24€ more than a double with twin beds). The room is stuffy so you need to put on the air con. The walls are thin, so it was quite noisy. There was a washer/dryer right outside the door and people were doing loads of laundry at midnight. Finally, the bathroom ceiling over the metal shower leaked ( yes, drip drip drip). Wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice and would recommend ! Great location.

Great little hotel for a very good value. The beds were very comfortable, nice location with great views. There is a nice café downstairs that has great prices for drinks and tapas. Aircon works very well and much needed in the summer months. The day receptionist was very kind and helpful, gave us great tips on where to go.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived so I went to the bar and the lady was bartending + reception which is a little walk away through the hotel so make sure, if there is no one at the reception, you need to ask at the bar. + Housekeeping are a bit loud in the morning.

Brilliant quaint accommodation in the heart of Polop

The accommodation was immaculate, very quaint and right in the heart of Polop. The hostess was extremely friendly and spoke good English.

Check in time was said to be between 13:00-22:00, but when we arrived at 14:00 the room wasn't ready for us. We had to wait till 15:00. This wasn't a problem for us because we didn't have a strict schedule but something to be aware of.

Great value, very clean and handy for exploring the lovely village and surrounding area.

great value and spotlessly clean. The staff were all extremely helpful. We were visiting family in Polop so was great to be nearby, the café bar was busy with both locals and tourists . The service in the bar was excellent and the selection of tapas good and fresh, also the breakfast deal on offer very good. The hostel also has a good size car parking place right opposite. We would certainly recommend it and would stay again.

Habitacion en semisotano a pie de calle , muy poco insonorizada. Los ruidos de la calle y cañerias de las planta de arriba incluidas las pisadas son un tormento para conciliar el sueño.
