The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.

The hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and as my wife is a coeliac it was very accommodating on all occasions we decided to eat there. The only negative is its location in order to see the sites around the only real option was uber or taxi. The public transport was not a good option.

We stayed here for just one night and it exceeded our expectations! Beautiful hotel and grounds, room was large and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly! The added touches of prosecco and fresh water with fruit on arrival was lovely! Just a short bus ride away from Benidorm - Will be staying again xx

Lovely place to stay and I can’t fault the staff and Hotel , they really know what they are doing . Room was spotless as were its amenities.
If you want to pop into Benidorm then the Taxi isn’t too expensive but if you want to pay less then there is a bus too . You can use its sister hotel the Nucia Palms amenities too if you want a change and it’s literally across the road . The best praise I can give it would be I would stop there again .
