Definitely a great stay with family

Sari and Aji were amazing during our stay with my family...They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we didn't want for anything. Also, Putu the manager visited twice during our stay to make sure everything was ok...Location was perfect, close to amenities, restaurants, etc...

Wow. This place was amazing, I would definitely stay again. It was big enough to hold 2 families. Sari and Aji were our hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Sari was very accommodating and happy to feed us, and even help keep the kids entertained.

The pool was big enough to accommodate 10 of us easily. Just a short walk for shopping and eat street.

Peaceful paradise

Lovely big space, very clean with great amenities. The rooms were all comfy with their own bathrooms, and even toiletries which is a nice touch. Gusti and Sari were excellent hosts, they were so kind and helpful - thank you for making our stay so special!

Relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

It was spacious and the rooms were big. The pool was great, and the wide step made it easy for the little ones to play safely.

The property was lovely, and the staff were amazing, Sari particularly. The location (small lane) was a bit tricky to navigate with a big group and young children.

it was a big house with 5 bedroom so we could go together in a group, large pool to swim, big beds, and good feeling overall.

Nice communal area for family and friends. Nice play pool. Staff are accommodating. Manager came and asked for our feedback on the 2nd day, but we didn't discover the cleanliness problem until later that night. Although we could have feedback on the WiFi problem...

The overall state of the rooms are not clean. The rugs seem like not washed in many weeks, bathrooms are open air showers, so many insects on the floor. Paints were peeling off. Bedsheets had a brown stain, and I didn't bother to ask them to change. The furniture also had stains and there were leftover food in our fridge, which shows the staff didn't clean the room properly. Sofa of communal area also looked dirty and one of the dining chairs had a piece of leftover chocolate chip... No toiletries provided, no bathroom slippers and towels are abit dirty looking. But I believed they were clean as they smell fresh. WiFi is horrible! We cannot connect to the WiFi in our rooms. Only those at the communal area is connected, but still slow.

Enjoyable

The pool was a good size, living area was comfortable had Netflix and large TV, stereo and large lounge. The outdoor area is well layed out and comfortable. The rooms are a good size. Overall it is a nice villa in a good location. Villa Host is very accomodating and helpful.

The lane way entering the villa is very narrow which scooters use as a bypass, you need to be careful entering and exiting the villa. Walking down to the main street in the lane way you need to stop and move out of the way of the scooters as it is that narrow, it is also a busy lane. The beds are very firm, if you like firm beds then no problem. Did not like the glass doors on all the bedrooms and bathrooms felt very fragile when opening, may be good for commercial office where they don’t open onto walls and narrow doorway areas but not a Villa. We had one break and soured the stay which was unfortunate.
