Nice, big villa. Good facilities. Let down is the Mosquitos being able to enter the room through gaps in the door. Pool is absolutely freezing cold and very deep. Bit dirty around villa.

My 2nd stay here. Was put in villa 8A and they could not get the jets to work in the jacuzzi, Fridge not new, rubbish bin not new, table in kitchen area was getting rusty. Seemed like an older room from my previous visit and I asked for another room. I got 5A which presented much better but again the fridge not new, rubbish bin rusty and paint peeling off bottom of the wall in the bedroom. If you can get a villa for a great price you shouldn't be disappointed but they do say Luxury but definitely not. I do hope they make sure everything is looking new if they are calling it a Luxury villa. Staff control the water coming out of wall in the pool area. I had to ask 3 times if they could turn the water off as it can be noisy during the night. It took over 6 hours to get the water finally off?

perfect large vila with unique layout not a typical geometrical shape. large and perfect. location in the heart of seminyak and legian. great breakfast. there is open parking space next to the building

We enjoyed our stay here for a short trip . Lovely staff great location but wasn’t impressed last 2 days there was some construction work taking place next door in the other villa and wasn’t told about it from the morning til early evening the noise it’s not what you want on a holiday .
