Property wasn’t worth according to price. Wasn’t happy with my stay . This property need maintenance.

Only staff service. Staff was very good .

It’s was not good as shown in pictures. Bathroom shower was not good, tv , speakers , location wasn’t that good as mentioned in advertisement, kitchen dishes was rusted.

So large pool and spacious rooms and living area… perfect for a family or friends with large group of upto 10… staff Mr Wayang was so nice and good communication and supportive

Loved it!!!!

Great value for money, the huge pool, the location and the wonderful staff Wayan & Kutut were just the best and couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed getting to know them and sharing stories. Their hospitality was top tier!

The place is great the villa is beautiful however the owners have a lost opportunity with not maintaining and continuing to update the villa. We are easy going people so we did not mind this and the price does reflect t this.

Disappointingly Poor Villa

NOTHING

The entire villa was in a state of disrepair, toilet was not clean all the chrome fittings in the bedroom covered in lime scale. Couldn't have been cleaned in a long time. Cockroaches in bedroom and bathroom. Cupboards in kitchen hence filthy in and out plinth on kitchen units rotting. Grease all over the extractor. Cobwebs every corner.

I worked out perfectly for me

I picked the place based on location and cost as this was a relatively long term stay. In terms of location, it is phenomenal. about a km walk to the beach, 2-3 min to 3-4 reasonable restaurants, next to a massage place and about 5 min to bintang supermarket. While it is in a seemingly central location, the place is quiet (beside the occasional neighbor blasting some music. Very private as a matter of fact. I only used the main room so have no idea what the others like, and cannot say i cooked at all, so he kitchen was there with no real use. Massive pool, although not a lot of space to lounge and sun tan if you enjoy sitting under the sun sweating like a first time burglar during police questioning. The caretakers, Wayan and Ketut are great, very polite and very accommodating.

The place needs a serious reno. Assuming it is coming, given that most of the villas in the complex appear to be getting work done currently, The guys kept it clean as much as possible, but if you are the one who expects champagne on a beer budget, the place if not for you.

Disappointed.

Breakfast was OK, served politely by Wayan and Ketut. Liked that the lounge was enclosed and area around pool was totally private. The villas was close to bars, restaurants and shops.

The villa was dirty. There were no sun loungers and no sun furniture ie table and chairs. We asked the staff to contact owner to agree to send to laundry the sofa covers and to provide sun loungers as per booking.com photos, unfortunately owner refused. The villa is dated, furniture extremely warn, and would benefit from a coat of paint and general maintenance. The safe did not work and basin tap was broken in ensuite . The villa was advertised as nonsmoking however it was clear from extensive cigarette burns on the dirty rugs that this was not true. The property description and photos are not a true likeness. Very Very dissappointed with the booking. The villa could be wonderful it needs updating and furniture upgrading.

The property was good for seperate families due to the design but it’s a bit old and needs refurbished
