About this villa rental
This property is 6 minutes walk from the beach. Situated in close proximity to the fashionable boutiques and restaurants on Raya Seminyak Street, the Villa offers private outdoor pool and free WiFi access.
The famous Made's Warung Seminyak is only about 500 m away from the villa, and Seminyak Square is only a 5-minute drive away. 66 Beach is about 4-minute drive away and getting to Ngurah Rai International Airport from the property will take around 14 minutes by car.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and at first floor an open loft space where you can enjoy good music stereo system as well as completed by queen size bed which can be used as 4th beroom with additional cost USD 30 per person. The third room is a separate cosy bungalow with en suite bathroom.
The Villa is charming and you can feel the breeze in the open living room and enjoy sunny days in the spacious wooden decking around the pool. There is nice gazebo to have Traditional Balinese massage
The villa has an ideal location in a quiet lane of Seminyak, Bali's most happening beach resort destination. You are close to Sunset Road and to the Seminyaks main shopping street with lots of designers shopping boutiques and the Bintang supermarket. Seminyak beach with all its charming colourful beach bars such as La Plancha is a fifteen minute walk away or a five minute taxi ride. There are lots of local eating places and restaurants on the way. For for splurging out head to the renowned, iconic 'eat street' in the prestigious Oberoi district, offering excellent high-end dining venues such as Ultimo and Ku De TA beach club.

The photos of this villa don't do it justice. It is just beautiful, an oasis away from the hustle of Seminyak. Some quick tips for future visitors, the gogek drivers do find it difficult to locate when ordered - we found it easier to go to the rear of Starbucks (short walk), take plenty of mosquito repellant, the rooms are definitely not mozzy proof. The host is lovely, as is the cleaning lady and night security guy.

We had a lovely stay, the photos are true to form, the villas are cleaned daily and the cleaning lady is lovely. The owner greeted us himself and was prompt with all communication. It is however not a 6 min walk to the beach, (when we asked the owner he said it was 18 mins, so I don't know why the site lists it as 6 min walk to the beach.) There are lots of restaurants about 5-10 mins walk on the road that leads towards the beach and one or two are closer. We caught Gojek bikes down to the beach using the app to avoid them putting their prices up.

Beautiful spacious villa with lovely pool..close to everything and very quiet.Excellent value for money and would definatly stay here again.
