Location was great, villa was clean and staff were friendly
The lounge was not comfortable and there was no airon in any communal spaces, only bedrooms. The water pressure was not great and the hot water was unreliable in the master bedroom. You needed to let it run for approx 5 minutes for the water to heat before showering. Also only one of the 3 bedrooms had a traditional shower, the other two only having a showerhead on a cable within the bathtub. Staff advised the water pipes would be serviced once we checked out, so would be interesting to see if future guests encounter this issue. The pool also didn't get much sun, the yard area looked bigger in the photos.

AC was off cannot ON again
There was a mice swimming in the pool in morning
