I booked to stay here as a surprise for my husbands 40th. On booking I requested any little extras they could add to make it feel that bit more special. I lovely lady (her name has slipped me sorry) kindly decorated our room and added some special touches that really made the stay that more memorable! Thank you so much! Lovely, clean room, facilities and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery and great location. Thanks so much again!

Overnight when travelling

Quiet accommodation close to Bewdly town centre for shops and restaurants etc All the facilities you would expect, great shower and nice to have seating to relax in addition to the bed. Very clean, warm and cosy, comfortable bed.

Room was in the eaves so bumped my head a couple of times in the bathroom ...my own fault of course ! Room accessed by 4 flights of stairs which may be an issue for some (Not sure if a lift was available)

Kitchen was closed and we had planned to eat there without any prior notification, pillows where dreadful no answer from night porter or emergency number which is the same apparently so had to hunt down a member of staff to get more pillows

Short and sweet. Mainly like a golfer short break stay.

Clean room with comfy beds. Good shower. Tea and coffee facilities. Iron and hair dryer very useful in room as traveling light. Housekeeping very friendly xx Location : need to drive for shops food etc. Restaurant was closed for dinner the evening I arrived unfortunately. Breakfast was good. Nice golf course .

It is okay but beds are awful. Staff and food lovely and great parking.

Parking is good. Breakfast was lovely. It is very close to West Midlands safari which was good.

The bed is super soft as well used and the pillows have been washed so are flat. We could not get comfy so slept very little. We were in an eaves room and kept bumping our heads on various walls.

Facilities in the room, although television reception kept "wobbling" on BBC.

Bathroom badly designed - should have had bright mirror by the hand basin, for shaving doing make up etc. Could not include breakfast on our stay when we checked in.

location for wildlife park is fabulous. can’t fault the friendly staff and 1 person did offer to carry case up the stairs. food was lovely, with great view of golf course.

although the site says upper floors accessible by stairs, it does not clearly state that all bedrooms are upstairs. in addition, the main doors are locked fairly early if you’re needing to go out for a meal, which means it’s not just 1 flight of stairs, it’s 4, because you have to go in the side entrance at the bottom of the hill. if you park near the main doors, you have to trek (no shortcuts) down the steep hill to get to the door at the bottom. if you park by the lower door, you can’t come out of that door after breakfast so again you have another almost full circle trek to get to the car. the disabled bays are next to the door that locks. also when taking suitcase in, you have to tackle through several doors to get to your room in a narrow corridor which is clunky/cumbersome. this hotel is not recommended to disabled guests.

Lovely stay at a very comfortable hotel.

The room we had overnight was really lovely, having a large shower, coffee making facilities and a large comfortable bed. Opening up the 2 half doors and 2 angled windows there was a balcony and the most beautiful view across the golf course. Plenty of parking and not too far from Bewdley town centre. Perfect.

You do need to have a car available as the town of Bewdley is 1 mile away down a very steep hill.

Great views, great looking room and a balcony to die for! and staff were great! One member of staff called Terrina stood out to us, she couldn’t do enough for us! So caring and friendly ! Staff like her need recognising for sure

We would have liked a much wider choice for breakfast. Would have liked at least some of the following: Joghurt, fruit, croissant/rolls. The cooked breakfast looked very good but not what we would choose apart from poached eggs which were lovely.
