staff and breakfast were excellent
someone in another room woke us up 07.00 talking loudly...inconsiderate

no parking on site, but easy to park at the nearby SVR heritage station (SVR being the principal reason for our visit). The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. Easy walk to the centre of bewdley and plenty of nearby pubs/restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with an absolute plethora of plugs, which was really useful. would stay here again
the rooms were small, but we knew that going in.

Very nice location right next to Severn Valley Railway. Terrific breakfast.
Code for the door did not work, was stuck outside for 30 mins in the dark. No answer on phone, then received a text to say they do not assist out of hours and to contact someone else. If you are a business person, especially owning a B&B/Hotel, you need to be available 24/7 for people who are paying you money for a service and not pass them on to someone else because you are at home on the couch. That will make a great difference to the longevity of the business and repeat bookings.
