Poor transport connection if you don't have a car and poor hospitality

The morning staff was not helpful and supportive. We asked to translate a printed document in English for an event in the island and it was not delivered.

very convenient for ferry from Fiskebol. Discovered a very odd restaurant hidden amongst the old herring oil factory buildings on the breakwater.

It's right in the old ferry port amidst rather run down looking industrial buildings and warehouses. But the hotel is lovely.

good big modern cosy room, sunshine during breakfast, helpfull staff that gave us good advice and directed us to a good restaurant nearby and even gave us coffee and tea to go on the ferry!

perfect stay to get the Melbu ferry nextday

Nice hotel with really friendly staff. It is located directly next to the ferry terminal - so you can put your car into the line and have another coffee. Great!! Everything was clean and we enjoyed a very good breakfast.

very nice and affordable place to stay the night.

I was quiet impress with the hotel. I never stay in hotels with rating below 7 on booking (and almost never below 8), but I was forced to book here because there were no other options available at the moment at melbu, near the ferry to Lofoten. the hotel was more than ok. very comfortable and clean. not fancy, but how is expecting that for this price? the breakfast was good for the dimensions of this place, and the staff was very nice. it was located right in front of the harbour (perfect for my next day trip). it was certainly a good value for money. and last but not the least: it was the first hotel during my trip in Norway with blackouts that really prevented the light to get in (very important for us, Southern European fellows used to produced melatonin all year around - and not only half of the year). so I had a very good night of sleep.

I had a situation at dinner, but it was well managed and resolved by the staff, so thumbs up for her! my room faced a back street and not the harbour (perfect fine for me, I was there to spend the night and not to see the views). what happens is that backstreet/alley behind the hotel had some kind of a staff doorway or maybe a garbage container that was bumping every now and then till 11pm. so it made a hell of a noise into my room till then. just because of that I am not giving 10 stars to the hotel.

the staff was extremely friendly !! we were warmly welcomed to stay long in the lounge before the boat arrived and our bikes had a safe dry place for the night. we highly recommend this hotel :)

Perfekte Gastfreundschaft

Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade, da wir die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren. Zudem bekammen wir Ausflugstipps von der Chefin. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches extra für uns ein sehr leckeres Abendessen gekocht hat.

Flott hotell, god beliggenhet og alt det man trenger.

Helt fin! Veldig godt med gulvvarme på badet etter en lang biltur.

Fomla litt med dørlåsen. Ikke vant med elektronikk, men fikk hjelp. Bedre belysning ved inngangen hadde hjulpet. Kull svart lås og trykknapper, vanskelig i mørket. Måtte bruke lys fra mobilen for å se tastaturet.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise akzeptabel

Das Hotel wurde bereits teilweise renoviert, und an diesen Orten (z.B. Entree, Frühstücksraum) fühlt man sich auch sehr wohl.

Unser Zimmer war leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt... Das exzellente Frühstück hat diese weniger tolle Erfahrung dann aber zum Glück wettgemacht. Die Lage direkt am Fährhafen ist zwar nicht gerqade idyllisch, aber praktisch.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Das Hotel wird jetzt in der Nebensaison fit gemacht und modernisiert. Im Zimmer bekommt man davon allerdings nichts mit. Sehr fein!

Hotel comodo e camera ok

Hotel direttamente sul molo dove partono i traghetti, molto comodo, c'è un ristorante stranamente non troppo caro, colazione varia e abbondante c'era di tutto, soprattutto salato, camera pulita e calda, bollitore e vari tipi di caffè cioccolate e the in camera. C'è un supermarket proprio lì di fronte.

Struttura di fronte all'imbarco dei traghetti

La struttura si trova a Melbu di fronte allo sbarco / imbarco dei traghetti e per questo la posizione è molto comoda. La camera era molto spaziosa e arredata bene, c'era anche un piccolo frigorifero. Inoltre, di fronte all'hotel è presente un supermercato aperto dalle 7 alle 23.

Nonostante sul sito dell'hotel ci fosse scritto che in periodo estivo viene servita la cena fino alle ore 21, io e il mio ragazzo siamo arrivati alle 20 e ci è stato detto che non era più possibile cenare in struttura. Dettaglio da tenere in considerazione perchè nel paese è presente solo un altro ristorante / fast food (molto caro). Inoltre, la colazione è servita a buffet con principalmente pietanze salate, i dolci sono veramente esigui e di bassa qualità.

Fenster ging zum ggü.liegenden Haus, Abstand 3 Meter, Beim zweiten Zimmer gingen die Fenster zum großen Konferenz-/Feierlichkeitenraum. Abstand 2 Meter. Bei einer Feier hätten alle bei zns reinschauen können. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tv på rommet virket ikke, og ble ikke forsøkt rettet selv om jeg sa fra. "Utsikten" elendig. 5 meter fra vinduet til en stor vegg. Rom 218 tror jeg.
