It's 10mins walk from the city center. There's a market nearby. The house is gorgeous. Everything is so good. A completely new and big common space, a clean and nice kitchen and bathroom. My room is good as well. The heating system works well.

I only planned to leave my luggage a few hours before the check in but they let me check in early

The location was great, and the room was alright.
The (shared) shower had great water pressure, the shared facilities were clean. Shops and the center are within walking distance.
The room offered no noise isolation from the smart lock immediately outside the door, so we got woken up by people leaving the house starting after 5am.
The room also had non-interconnected blinds, meaning it offered little shading to sleep (also, a feeling of lacking privacy). We solved this by hanging a towel from a coat rack, but this shouldn't be necessary.
