Nykmark - Eco House - Room Blåtinden

We stayed here for the lowest price we found on Lofoten. We really liked that it was out of the way. We were able to see the Northern Lights for 5-15 minutes about 1230am both nights (29 - 30 August 2026). We had great conversations with different guests each night we were there. Room 1 has a nice comfy chair in addition to the bed. We brought in a kitchen chair when we both wanted to sit and read. The fridge is roomy enough for every room to have their own shelf.

The kitchen only had 2 burners - a hot plate on top of a 4 burner stove. After reserving it, we read recent reviews that the kitchen was too small, so we did some prep cooking in advance. It is way too small, only 1 person can cook at a time. There's a dishwasher, but no place to put clean, washed dishes to dry and not enough kitchen towels for 4 rooms. Someone put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we had wash pans to cook for ourselves. And the next arrivals had to wait for us to finish cooking. There is only 1 shower and 2 toilets for 4 rooms. (One on 1st floor by the entry, one on second floor with all the rooms, the 1 shower and the shared kitchen.) Be prepared to wait.

La casetta è molto carina in mezzo alla campagna ( quindi serve l'auto per raggiungerla), la stanza è graziosa e con bella vista, la cucina comune è bella , nuova e in ordine. I servizi sono in comune ma le stanze sono talmente poche che è quasi come fosse privato .. attorno bella passeggiata fino dl laghetto vicino . A 5 minuti d'auto dal Viking Lofotr museum

Unico neo la porta del bagno aveva una serratura difettosa e non la chiudevo per paura di non uscire più...
