A great base to explore Svolvær and surrounds but the small kitchen area made self catering tricky

Weirdly arranged but has all facilities and comfort

It's in a calm location near the Centre and a bridge that provides a good view of the Harbour. Kitchen is well equipped. Great shower. Overall the place is very clean.

We didn't expect it to be on the ground floor windows facing the road so we can see people walk by. Also if we draw the curtains at all times it gets dark inside. There is no carpet or place to hang wet clothes at the entrance as once you open the door you directly step into the kitchen area. The TV and the seating is also a bit weirdly arranged.

House is nice, well located. Rooms are ok but windows and curtains need a little bit of maintenance. There is a washing machine.

The kitchen is crap, don't expect to cook something. There is no space and a lake of ustensiles. No international channels on TV except BBC World.

Lovely, convenient and quiet

Very nice place, convenient and well renovated. Had everything one need. Flexible for late arrival, which is always appreciated. Just a short walk from city centre, quiet and peaceful.

The instructions given by email were not super clear. Did not realize that the address to checkin was different than the villa. Still, there was a contact phone number, someone picked up and provided very clear directions for the lock box - so all good!

Buona posizione

La posizione era a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal molo. Stanze pulite e angolo cucina sfruttabile. Parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada.

Nel periodo di soggiorno, inizio agosto, era presente nella zona un odore persistente non gradevolissimo, penso dovuto alla vicina attività di produzione dello stoccafisso. La nostra unità era al secondo piano raggiungibile solo con scale esterne. Il bagno chiuso non aveva un estrattore d'aria ma solo un foro di ricambio aria con il sottotetto.

Appartamento confortevole e completo. Arredo essenziale ma curato. Servizi semplici ma efficienti. Posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto al piccolissimo centro di Svolvær, ma comodissima per raggiungere anche Svinoya Rorbuer. Nelle vicinanze c’è un grande complesso commerciale. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato

La posizione, le dimensioni della stanza, la presenza della lavatrice.

Cucina veramente piccola senza una illuminazione adeguata con fornelli elettrici vecchio stile. Bagno con perdita dal wc e dalla tubatura a terra. Struttura umida. Spazi esterni poco curati e quindi poco fruibili. Peccato perché avrebbe delle potenzialità ma è attrezzato in modo poco curato.
